09/04/2025: Watched Trademark Bank on Saturday, Great band and atmosphere

24/03/2025: This is very much the Inn place to be in Tramore. It has an atmosphere with a capital A . The Vic, as it's known locally, started off as a coach house over two hundred years ago and has been serving the people of Tramore almost ever since. The exception being Covid 19 and renovations a few years ago. The bar itself at ground level is very traditional with a wonderful welcoming open fire during the cold days . Going down the stairs leads to two more bars. One is a TV room well contained for watching sport on huge screens with good sound. The second bar is a more recent addition that is ideal for great Irish summer nights . From here, you have a fabulous view of the seafront and Tramore Bay, an absolute picture. Better mention the drink and the staff.I don't live in Tramore, but visit it regularly. The selection of drinks, be it alcohol or soft, is fantastic. Local whisky that is distilled in Waterford in various blends to the best Guinness pint this side of The Commeragh Mountains. Lagers and ales from throughout Europe and the rest of the world as fresh as the day it left the brewery. Finally somebody has to run the place.! On busy days the place could be packed with customers but you never ever see any of the staff get flustered or forget you or your order! Upon arrival there always a smile and hello from Liam and the rest. Always ever helpful. If your ever down Tramore do drop up. You'll be glad you did.

Great pint in an area that has plenty of room, especially with their new beer garden and back lawn area, which is all fenced off for kids to play safely in, while you relax over your favorite beverage. When their showing a match on the big hd screen, they will come out with snacks at half time.

14/01/2025: Very busy spot but for a reason! The ladies who work here are amazing, so welcoming and friendly. Food is great with a large selection to cater for everyone. Highly recommend.

30/03/2025: Nice little place with very good coffee. The cheese toastie and pies were ok. Not bad but not great either. The cheese toastie wasn't cheesy enough and was overpowered by the other ingredients but each to there own.

04/04/2025: We order delivery from Koshiba regularly (2-3 times per month) and have been for nearly 4 years now. They are 1 of 2 sushi restaurants that deliver to our area, and of these 2 restaurants, Koshiba sushi is better. We seldom have complaints about the food quality. The sushi rolls, gyoza, edamame, and vegetable savoury rice are always quite good, though the agedashi tofu, ramen and tempura have disappointed us in the past due to bland flavour. Our biggest gripes are that Koshiba prices keep increasing and they are getting stingier with condiments and chopsticks. Today we placed a €75 order of sushi through Just Eat (includes delivery fee). This only feeds two people, and we are not big eaters. We only got one small piece of wasabi and some ginger in one of the 4 sushi trays, and there were no chopsticks provided at all. They never give more than one set of chopsticks, even for orders that are clearly for multiple people, and sometimes they give none at all. Surely they can give you at least 2 sets of chopsticks and more wasabi and ginger on such a large order?? Anyway, because we like sushi, we keep going back to Koshiba. But if there were more sushi restaurants near us, we wouldn't be such loyal customers. The food is good, but €75 for two people to eat delivery food is equivalent to a fine dining experience in a somewhat fancy restaurant.

23/03/2025: And the award for worst bar goes to… I’ve visited a few times out of pure convenience. Please employee some real bar staff who care about the bar and want to see it succeed. Never seems to be anyone in charge.
