O'Toole's SuperValu Tuam
Tuam
27/10/2025: Excellent supermarket with a very broad product range, stocking all major brands. Free parking beside the entrance, with a very large car park just across the street.
Also includes a self service checkout.
12/10/2025: Well laid out and plenty of choice.

Afc family takeaway
Mohill
25/08/2025: I ordered chips and battered sausage the chips were fine but the batter on the sausage was awful and not edible as it was heavily soaked in fat and near burnt.....you need to have more control of what you send out to consumers ..in this day and age its not acceptable.
26/07/2025: Family-friendly and delicious
Took my kids here last night and we all loved it. Big shoutout to the chef — the wings were cooked to perfection and the garlic mayo is to die for. There’s something for everyone on the menu. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The Sugar Club
Dublin
05/11/2025: The Jazz Sabbath show was delightful in that space.
27/10/2025: I arrived before the "doors opening" time and all the seats were already gone (people were saving seats for friends - or comfort-). I managed to get a stool at a table with more people, who were shouting to be heard over the loud ambient music. The concert started two hours behind schedule and I had to leave before it finished. The sound wasn't great either, with static noises during climax moments of the show. All in all, a trap to keep you spending in drinks for hours.

Duck and lamb were superb.
28/09/2025: We were staying at the hotel next door so ate here for a change. It was fabulous! The waiting staff were so friendly and helpful. The food is excellent, well cooked, interesting flavours and good portions. The view over the Lough was stunning. I would highly recommend this lovely bistro for a relaxed meal in a gorgeous setting.

Menlo Park Hotel
Galway
20/10/2025: Went on a Saturday evening and wisely booked as it was pretty busy for 5pm to treat my brother and family for his birthday, lovely welcome and I must say all the waiting staff were warm friendly and helpful. Menu was packed with something for everyone especially as three of the party were vegan but the highlight was what usually disappoints after a lovely dinner DESSERT, huge range of sundaes and big portions, overall bill was very fair and will DEFINITELY be back when next in Galway
20/08/2025: Consistently gorgeous food. Great service. Love eating here.

16/09/2025: Bad service and very rude personnel! don't recommend at all.
08/09/2025: My first encounter with Ireland. Excellent atmosphere, breakfast and staff. They didn't make any problem with my request for a chair and an ashtray. The food was very good and reasonably priced.

Mirabelles
Dunmanway
09/08/2025: Excellent food, and such generous quantity! The staff were so welcoming, and they helped set up our toddler with a kids table. We stopped for breakfast on our way to Skibbereen and my 70-year-old dad (a local) claimed it was the best Irish breakfast he’s ever had. Scones and scrambled eggs - with superb tomato relish - were also excellent. The garden out back is worth staying for an extra cuppa.
06/08/2025: Terrible coffee, filtered water that was thrown out.

Bridge Resturant
Ballincollig
04/10/2025: Omg, one of the best restaurantes in Cork. For sure. Delicious food, and the staff is so friendly. Also good place for family, couple and friends.
09/09/2025: We used to go here often as kids with our family. But it had been a long time since we visited. We recently dined here and I personally won't be returning.
I ordered the beef without realising the price (€28) as I had seen it was an option and beef is my go to in other restaurants so I automatically ordered it.
There was no flavour to any of the food. The mash and veg were bland, the beef was bland and slightly tough and the gravy was bland and thick.
I honestly can't understand how they charge so much for this when plenty of other restaurants serve beef for much less and it is much nicer to eat too.

Cliff at Lyons
Celbridge
16/09/2025: This is a lovely location; however, it feels so small and cottage-like that it’s hard to imagine choosing it as a place to stay for locals. There isn’t much to do. We didn’t stay overnight but visited the spa and explored the dining options instead. The estate itself is beautiful, with some charming touches and an interesting sense of history.
The food was very good, artisan in style and tasting wonderfully fresh. The spa, on the other hand, was just okay. It lacked warmth and attention to detail, and it wasn’t particularly clean. Strangely, the spa felt more like visiting a shop than a place for pampering. It didn’t have the ambiance you’d expect from an upscale spa. No drinks were offered before or after the treatments either.
Overall, there’s a big piece of hospitality missing here: client service. None of the staff around seemed to really care about anything.
13/09/2025: An Oasis of peace and tranquility set in the wonderful Co Kildare.
Every member of staff from the young lady on reception to the lad who showed us to our accommodation were incredibly kind and are a credit to the Hotel.
Our dinner at the Mill restaurant was exquisite and the young servers were attentive, genuinely ensuring we enjoyed our experience. Breakfast was equally amazing.
We stayed at a cottage which was simply "wow". Our two night stay exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to return.

Mikey Ryan's Bar & Kitchen
Cashel legal
20/10/2025: Mikey Ryan's was our go to spot for lunch and dinner during our one night in Cashel. It's a cozy and welcoming place, with nice, professional staff and a well-curated one page menu. I had the burger for lunch and dinner...delish! My sister had the steak sandwich and the John Dory...all in all very, very enjoyable.
13/09/2025: Went there for birthday dinner, really enjoyed the food and service was amazing.👏 Definitely recommend 👌 😊
