08/02/2025: Ordered pad prik haeng prawns tonight. Tasteless dry very disappointing prawns over cooked. Phoned to complain the manager was very rude and ignorant. She stated if everyone rang with their opinions complaining looking free food we wouldnt be able run a business. I clearly did not mention free food she did as why would i want it after such an awful meal. Very bad attitude and appalling customer service. Would not recommend it and will never return.

30/01/2025: This was the best takeaway I've ever had over my vacation. The lady was very nice and provided suggestions after asking our preferences and spice levels needed. The portion sizes were too huge for two people so we ended up being stuffed but we didn't complain at all since the food was fingerlicking good!!!! It is the best and must try place if you're in Donegal town for a while. Would definitely be trying it again whenever we go there again.

10/03/2025: Probably some of the nicest Indian food i have ever had! Bring the family here a lot and the kids love it too. We even used them to cater at a party for us and everyone talked about the food! Would highly recommend them. Staff are very nice and very welcoming. My favs are the tandori chicken and Chicken Biriyani

09/03/2025: Such a bad experience I have ever had in Ireland. I would never recommend to anyone I know. Poor service. We went at 4 pm and asked for buffet. They should have told us it’s a closing time. They told us we can have buffet , but while eating itself they emptied the dishes without even informing us.

10/11/2024: Friendly service, good vegan food, and short waiting time despite the large number of guests. A very nice place, worth visiting and trying the dishes served. Even for meat lovers. The location is also very nice. Close, but off the beaten track, which makes the place very peaceful. The menu is diverse enough that everyone will find something for themselves.

26/03/2025: RACIST… I’ve never pulled the race card but I have also never been harassed out of a bar before! My friends and I who were visiting Ireland for work were harassed by this woman who was a friend of the owner or one of the staff. We thought she was a random drunk but when we told the waitress about her the waitress ignored us, looked at the woman, and took her order like we didn’t exist! The woman kept asking us if we were sex traffickers and when we asked her to leave she kept insulting us and saying if we aren’t careful her friends in the back would come out and talk with us. Then we saw that everyone around us was white and got the message to leave. As we left with our drinks unfinished the woman was talking to an older man who looked like the owner or manager, as though they were friends. You go and make your own judgements on the place but look around and see if you see anyone who isn’t white being served. This was just our experience and unfortunately it was horrible. 15/12/2024: The only place with vegetarian options in the island. I would suggest to take extra toppings with vegetarian pizza.

12/09/2024: Very friendly attentive staff. Unfortunately, the food was awful. I had tomato soup and it was like something out of a can. This was accompanied by 2 tiny bits of dry bread. My friend had a pizza and was not good. Way too overpriced. Toilets were not clean.

19/03/2025: Staying in Ballincollig for a few nights and fancied a pizza. Tried Bacco because of Google reviews and didn't regret it. It was superb. It's a lovely crust with quality ingredients. Got it as a takeaway, but next time we're in town, will definitely sit in...throughly recommend

The hotel itself is breathtaking. The stunning views of the surrounding mountains and Kenmare River are simply awe-inspiring. The elegant decor and cozy ambiance created the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Our guests were equally impressed, with many commenting on the beauty of the venue and the exceptional service they received. I chose to stay in the Boathouse the night before the wedding, and it was the ideal place to relax and prepare for the big day. The tranquil setting and luxurious accommodations provided the perfect escape. In summary, our wedding at Sneem Hotel was an unforgettable experience. The team's dedication, the hotel's beauty, and the overall atmosphere made it a truly special day. We would highly recommend Sneem Hotel to anyone looking for a magical wedding venue.
