23/02/2025: This place is banging. Went in after 19 pints of Guinness and devoured some tofu burrito that was so good I ended up wearing the guacamole. It's still on me now and I'm saving it for later. Good vibes. Would recommend

10/03/2025: It's been going steadily downhill for a while now, with prices going up and serving sizes going down, (which i wouldn't mind if the quality of the food stayed the same) I used to have dreams about their beef rib, but this time it was tough and lacked flavour. Staff used to be enthusiastic about their menu, lately they don't seem to be sure what's included in each dish. I think this week's trip will have sadly been our last.

13/03/2025: Extremely disappointing service at the Lord Mayors lounge for afternoon tea - rushed us out the door before our allocated time was finished wanted payment before we were finished, rude staff - when I brought it to hotels attention they brushed it off - won’t be returning and was a regular customer - service has gone downhill. It’s a pity as food and decor are fabulous

Ninguna palabra puede describir una de las mejores experiencias en té alto, donde la atención al detalle, el excelente servicio al cliente, el excelente té, los sándwiches y los dulces se mezclan en una experiencia. Lo recomendaría encarecidamente a cualquiera que se aloje en el Shelbourne o trate de hacer su estancia extra especial en Dublín. No solo se encuentra en un hotel precioso e histórico, sino que la habitación y las vistas de Stephen's Green valen la pena. Recomiendo hacer reservas con antelación y que funcione en su itinerario!

I loved the scone came with the jam/cream/butter in little dishes and not single packaging.
We will be back to try the hot food next time.
10/03/2025: Great spot. Consistently good coffee and food. Sausage rolls are massive and delicious. Outside space in the front and back, comfortable and bright lighting. Service is personable and quick. Overall one of my favs in Dublin.

23/11/2024: Lovely people, very friendly, clean and efficient. I ordered the Red Bird special, no ham and they immediately offered to sub avocado, no charge.
Best sandwich in ages.
25/10/2024: Fantastic homemade sandwiches, great soup; Coffee's and cakes are just that better than anything around. Staff are polite, fast and courteous everytime.

11/03/2025: Very warm welcome and fantastic location, staff are very friendly and helpful, car park unfortunately you have to pay, but you do get a 50% discount on car parking 24h parking with the discount will be 12 euro.
This morning at breakfast we got their 50mins before it closed , their wasn't enough food cooked for the capacity of the people staying in the hotel, the food was cold alot of other guests complaint about same issue, we had to wait for food to come out that took some time

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel so welcome.
On top of that, the value for money was excellent. Top-quality ingredients, and great prices. I’ll be coming back for sure!
