The best restaurants

22/02/2025: The coffee is good here only thing I find odd is that they never offer sugar or stirrers. I'm sure they have them but you shouldn't have to ask. On the menu it says fresh pastries every morning, yet I arrived before 9 am the pastery I got was stone cold and tasted off. It was at least a day or two old and I spat it out and binned it immediately. I should have returned it as it's clearly false advertising but wasn't worth the hassle. Also your forced into a giant pothole as you leave this place so don't go if you care about your car.

18/02/2025: Ahhhh now what can I say about Noosh - absolutely outstanding prices Monday - Wednesday that you can’t miss. The food is unbelievably fresh and the portions are massive and delicious. The staff really make the place and are always friendly, always accommodating and the design of the location is great. Great live music and different events, local and a gem for family and friends, board games available… There is not much more to say other than - always my go to for a local pint or conversation / really just a comfortable and welcoming environment to sit and relax any day or time I’ve found. The customer service, good quality and drink pricing is just as good as you get. I don’t think there is really anything I could say for improving (perhaps open slightly earlier so I can come by more ahaha) Brilliant Jon as always team!!!!

10/03/2025: Very friendly, excellent food,clean and the toilet is always clean. Lovely for family dining or just meeting up with friends for a drink or a coffee.

17/02/2025: We quite liked the food. We had never tried a Malaysian before, perhaps some approach to this type of cuisine, but nothing serious. I went with my parents, my husband and our son and we let ourselves be advised by the person in charge who guided us in tastes, quantity and spiciness. We went on Spanish time and they helped us even though it was late. Very friendly. I recommend trying it.

17/11/2024: The harbour bar gave use of the room upstairs for our club meeting and it was absolutely perfect! We were able to use a great room all to ourselves then downstairs for the match and a few pints.

09/01/2025: I stopped by a boba shop recently and had such a great experience. The drink I got was perfectly sweet without being too much, and the flavors were so smooth and refreshing. The tapioca pearls were soft and chewy—just how they should be. It really hit the spot and made me want to come back to try more. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the mood for a good boba!

15/01/2025: Our absolute favourite coffee and bookshop! I just adore this place. Marian is always so warm and welcoming, it's the perfect atmosphere to enjoy your tea or coffee, a slice of cake, all while being surrounded by books and the music playing in the background is always fabulous too It’s truly my dream spot made even better by the fact that our dogs are always welcome too. This store really is a hidden gem, and we try to visit as often as possible (though it’s never enough!). If you're looking for a cozy, inviting place to relax, unwind, and enjoy great books, coffee, and cakes, this is the place to go!
