The best restaurants

15/03/2026: I hadn't been there for quite sometime, there is a good vibe about the place and it is well run by a competant team who work very hard, also it was clean, no dirty tables or mess and we weren't waiting long for a table to be available. The food was tasty, but to be fair not spectacular, though well presented. The highlight was the Calamari, not overly cooked with crisp Tempura type batter and my Lobster Ravioli was good, though it lacked seasoning, some what. The seafood platter was good value, I would recommend this for a group, as the portion was very generous. The Tiramasu was quite good, the sponge being light and airy in texture, but too much cream and not enough cocoa. I prefer a slightly bitter chocolate to contrast with the sweetness of the layers.

11/03/2026: if i could put 0 stars i would. the food was ok, the chowder was good, but it stops there. the fish and chips was flavorless, the tap water was rubbish, but the worst part was the rude waitress. she rushed us all the time and treated us as if we were stupid, and she made us pay almost 15 euros because we were a "big table" (we were six). she was judging us and snorting. we dont recommend this place.

17/03/2026: The Curry Leaves Asian restaurant inside this establishment is fantastic! 🍛 I had an amazing experience with their Indian food. The service was also wonderful, and the location is excellent. 🌟😋

01/03/2026: Absolute class hotel! Astonishing rooms, views, and team, who care deeply about your experience and are beyond friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bray. Do yourself a favor and splurge for one of the Oceanside views- absolutely wonderful views! Highly recommend their restaurant downstairs and received amazing hike recommendations from Raj, one of the owners. We even accidentally left something behind we forgot to pack on departure and Raj reached out to help us right away. 5 stars!

06/01/2026: When we're in Trim for a family walk, we sometimes come here to eat in or take out. The food has always been fresh and delicious, and they also make good shakes. I highly recommend them.

22/02/2026: A lovely hotel located in the heart of Listowel. We hosted a large dinner there, and it was incredibly enjoyable. Staff were kind, and the food was well-made and hearty. The room decor was beautiful. Would reccomend!

28/09/2025: The bread aection is a bit limited. I had the Guinness bread with a cappuccino and enjoyed them both. There was also a nice selection of pastries, salads, hot and cold sandwiches but didn't have any. Staff is courteous and efficient.

20/09/2025: Dined there a little while ago waitress was friendly food ok the owner could do with brushing up on his people skills kept me waiting nearly 5 mins to pay while he was taking an order on the phone when I did pay he continued with his phone call no acknowledgement of my existence

18/11/2025: Very quiet and relax place to eat, we went during lunch and it wasn’t too busy. The food was delicious!
