10/06/2026: I popped in for a coffee this morning and Ian looked after me. He was great. He was friendly, efficient and very helpful. Ian will be the reason why I will make Sodalicious my goto coffee spot.

22/05/2026: If there was an Olympic sport for soggy, poorly filled, half cooked sandwiches that don't come with sides then you lot would bring home gold. €11 for a sandwich on its own that looked like it was made by a college student after a field of drink? Won't be going here again.

17/07/2025: I was in Westport for the Bluegrass festival and went here twice! Loved the atmosphere and the coffee and food were great! Definitely recommend

18/05/2026: Very good scones! We went to cobh to do tourism and found this place anc it was so good. The coffee is amazing and the scones were very tasty. The staff were also very nice. Cozy place for a rainy mornning

25/04/2026: Absolutely If anywhere In the town I would recommend stopping for something to eat has to be sweet dreams food amazing lovely atmosphere top Class I would say when you go in and eat you come out in such good form the lady in there that serves she is just amazing friendliest lady you could very meet. allways a smile on her face lovely greeting full of enthusiasm when they service with a smile they mean that. if i could Give more stars I would. you will totally get what I mean when you are greeted with this amazing lady she is what makes this little gem of a place apart from the food which is amazing. I’ve been to many places to eat never have I came across a staff member as friendly goes above and beyond for everybody place absolutely spotless you won’t regret going in you will see what I’m talking about you won’t regret it 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 also Got take out thereBLT is amazing I’ve ordered them for takeout so many times can’t speak highly enough xx

16/06/2026: This place has the best gourmet pizza I've had! And the interior is suuuch a vibe with great tunes. Also, we didn't have a reservation but we showed up right when they opened. I would certainly encourage making one, but if you try at opening it could work out!

16/06/2026: Let me start with the staff here was very nice and the service was quite decent, but that’s about the end of anything good here. This place would be shut down by any American Heath dept on the spot. While waiting for our pizza we watched a spider crawl across the table next to us and the waiter tried to save it and take it outside instead of killing it and never cleaned the table. Second I found a nice long 4-5 inch hair under the cheese on my pizza. Now let’s talk about the food, honestly I’d rather eat a Tostitos frozen pizza from the store. The crust had zero flavor and was paper thin and crunchy like stale cardboard. The sauce couldn’t be more basic as was the cheese. The garlic bread was a pitiful attempt at a classy twist, they simply sliced a baguette down the middle and slapped some butter and cheese in the middle. Pick another pizza plane anywhere in Europe… it’ll be better I promise, I’ve tried thousands of them. On the upside when we informed the waiter of the hair in the food, she comped the meal and we promptly left to find another dinner spot. I’d like to note that the owner responded quite nastily, attempting to deflect a relatively comprehensive review, including staff, food quality and cleanliness. That “magic hair…” I pulled out from under the cheese on the pizza, and neither my wife nor I have that color hair. And again the spider is about the sanitary nature on not cleaning not that she wouldn't kill it.

21/06/2026: I have been dining at Xian since 2022, and their signature Spicy Bag has always been very good. However, I have noticed that the quality has changed over the past few weeks. The taste and crispness are not the same as before. I wonder if they have changed the recipe or ingredients. I hope they bring back the original taste soon. Also, a few weeks ago, I ordered a Spicy Bag with extra chicken, but I was given a regular Spicy Bag instead of what I paid for. It could have been a mistake. Overall, it’s still worth the price.

17/05/2026: Myself & my partner visited this cafe on Saturday 16th May, based on our previous experience some weeks ago, when we got a delicious lunch of smoked salmon & cream. cheese with a cup of soup, which was special of the day. Our 2nd visit was far from even satisfactory. The special, which my partner opted for, was described as a goats cheese salad with pomegranate & oranges & nuts. There was little or no goats cheese, one small piece of orange, no nuts and the plate was mostly filled with rocket, priced at €14, very bad value. The waitress had an extremely poor attitude when I complained about it and was totally indifferent to my complaint. I asked for the owner and was told she was away until the following week. Would not be returning to this cafe. Before I left I heard the same waitress tell a couple at 4.05 pm that they were closing in 5 minutes when it states online that closing time is 5.00 pm. This waitress badly needs a lesson in good customer service. When presented with the Bill, there was no offer to reduce it to account for the complaint.

15/05/2026: Had small breakfast. Really tasty and cooked well. Staff lovely. Was busy but got a great table at the window for four of us. No complaints from any of us.

20/04/2026: Dropped in for food, excellent service and very friendly staff.

10/04/2026: We visited here to see the Kaleb Cooper show (which was brilliant) and spent the night. We had dinner in the restaurant before the show, afew sips in the bar after and breakfast in the cafe in the morning. The staff where all so helpful and nice, food both times was so good, and the room where really nice and clean. Definitely booking again soon!

27/04/2026: I visited Fowley Pub on Sunday and had a really pleasant experience. The food and drink selection was great, with plenty of appealing options to choose from. I went for the Irish beef stew, which was absolutely lovely—hearty, flavorful, and very satisfying. The service was very good and attentive. It also wasn’t too crowded, which made for a relaxed atmosphere and allowed me to pick a comfortable table. I hope to come back there again if I am around.

06/05/2026: Best Italian food I've had in years. Service is friendly and efficient. Not expensive. What more could you ask for? Been there twice in the past month and will be back.

01/02/2026: Bad gas station. They cheat during refueling — you pay for one amount of fuel, but get less. The staff is ignores complaints. I won’t come back and don’t recommend this place.
