03/10/2025: Stopped for a coffee on the way to Rosapenna. We needed a caffeine boost and found the perfect spot. A lovely sunny Sunday afternoon and this place was busy! Always a good sign. One staff member on duty behind the counter so had to wait a little while. We had our coffees and some cake outside in the courtyard area, enjoying the Autumn rays 😎 Great experience Would recommend 👌

21/03/2026: When I was in Ireland with a group of 12, the tour guide recommended this place, and after making our way there, we entered and asked for a table for 12. It took 3 minutes to get a table ready for a really big group. We then ordered our drinks, and they came pretty fast. We then ordered, and about 15-20 minutes, we got all 12 burgers and fries. The server was really kind and nice to us, despite a big group. The burger was ABSOLUTELY amazing! It was pretty basic burger, with all the normal toppings, but the meat on the burger was really juicy and full of flavor. It wasn't greasy like other burgers I've had, and this so far has been the best burger I've ever had. The fries were good but nothing exceptional. It really was sad that such a nice place was so empty. When we walked in, I only saw about 3 tables being used. The atmosphere of the place was cozy, and I would really recommend a place like this if you want to go with a group of 3-4 people, but it's also a that seems that would be a good place for a date. I would absolutely recommend if you were in the area, and definitely worth the walk.

04/03/2026: Decent food but beware of extra charges on your bill. As a party of two we ordered 2 gin and tonics each only to find at the end of the night we were charged nearly $6 for tonic on each drink on top of the $11 for gin for each drink. Our server never mentioned the extra charge when ordering and was conveniently no where to be found when we went to pay the bill. They do not list prices for standard drinks on the menu so we had no idea it would be this high. Would not recommend based on this experience. Plenty of good pubs in the area that won't rip you off.

01/02/2026: Top class service , when we arrived lady said kitchen had just closed, she went very quickly to kitchen to see could we order & came back promptly & took our order , such friendly staff & food fabulous .

22/12/2025: Absolutely fantastic meal at Spice India Longford! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From start to finish, everything was spot on. The food was beautifully cooked. Butter chicken was rich and creamy, the chicken tikka was perfectly spiced, and the prawn starter was deliciously fresh. Portions were generous and great value for money. The service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being rushed. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Every dish we tried was a hit, and the whole experience exceeded expectations. Easily one of the best Indian meals we’ve had locally. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

25/02/2026: Food is always tops here so are the staff and the two lads running the show so helpful they always accommodate us with my dad who has severe dementia

16/02/2026: Great place for lunch or dinner. Went for rugby too. Also nice. Lunch time better to book ahead just in case.

23/12/2025: Really good food, coffee and staff. The staff are friendly and the service is great. They are accommodating and happy to help. The outdoor covered seating area is very uniquely decorated, and very much adds to the atmosphere. The decor lives up to the cafe name. They provide blankets and heaters so no worries about being cold. The vegan options are delicious, as is the coffee and sweet treats

02/11/2025: I really enjoyed my meal here, the food was fantastic and the staff were incredible. The atmosphere was wonderful and the hand-painted art on the walls of the restaurant as well as on the stairs when going up were beautiful, the place seems like a real labour of love and it’s obvious every member of staff take huge pride in this restaurant. There are a large variety of options on the menu and the portions were huge! We were seated by the window and had a great view of the town, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly and made every effort to ensure we were all happy and didn’t need anything. One man in particular made an effort to chat with my family and even brought a complimentary dessert to celebrate my father’s birthday which was really kind, I wish we got his name because he was a very generous host. The lamb kofta was absolutely gorgeous and I will definitely be back to try more options on the menu as they all looked delicious and it was a struggle to pick just one. The menu also included vegetarian and vegan options so it’s suitable for pretty much anyone, as well as a play area for young kids which is very thoughtful. Thanks so much to all the staff for making a wonderful evening for my family, I have absolutely no complaints and will definitely be a returning customer!

16/02/2026: Ok this was hands down one if the best restaurants that i have ever been to in dublin. The number one honestly and i have been to few Michelin stars one. IWe booked a table for VDay, order some drinks and some starters which took lot of time say 30 mins or so but the place was packed honestly. The manager guy asked us if they want something on the house and we got 2 red glasses on top of proseco they gave in the beginning for free. They were so nice and gentle. I ordered tortellini and it was the best i have ever eaten. Then i got halibut with rice amazing. My gf same she hot a medium strak she said its the best she ever had in Dublin portion size and taste wise. It came with chips and mushroom on sides which was amazing. Honestly loved it. Will definitely go agan with wider group and its so close to harcourt luas stop its just amazing. The vibe inside and with live piano music. Amazing!

11/02/2026: Really nice fresh food and great service. We come here for lunch from work and everyone is always happy with their food. Best vegan sandwich in Dublin too !!

20/03/2026: Had a pint after a hike and it's a lovely place to end the hike at. Cosy bar, skilled bartender too.

18/03/2026: Absolutely fabulous meal last Saturday night. Was recommended to go here by a few people and it didn’t disappoint. The food was stunning, - we ordered the tomahawk and definitely would recommend if you visit. The staff are brilliant who genuinely cared about the experience, alongside the homemade bread at the start which was amazing - Definitely will be visiting again very soon.

06/03/2026: Very enjoyable place to stay, open fires with comfortable seating. Breakfast staff were extremely friendly and efficient. It is out of town so a car is needed.

05/02/2026: This hotel faces the sea. The two-part dinner was wonderful, with views of the ocean and herd of white horses at sunset! I ordered a seafood main course, which was quite sweet. The bread and butter were delicious. Breakfast was also great.
