14/06/2026: Had such a great time, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the bartenders where excellent in their work and their personalities. There are 2 bartenders who need a shout out too and that is Mark and the only female bartender whose name i never knew but she was phenomenal also, the management should be proud of the atmosphere they have created and the entertainment has been number 1

18/07/2026: You won't find any fresher or tastier seafood around! Chips are as crispy as you get, and service is great! I'll be back to try their chowder.

15/07/2026: Excellent fish and chips perfectly fried. And not a smelly odor in the place and after on your clothes. The young man serving was kind and efficient. I asked for well cooked fries and I go it! Thank you very much!!!

08/08/2026: We had a lovely evening at Mary Ann’s. Highly recommend this place. Service was friendly and prompt. The pints and meals were perfect! We had the pints in the garden and then moved inside for dinner. We enjoyed excellent scallops and hake dishes. We made a reservation.

07/08/2026: We by chance came upon Mary Ann's today in Castletownshend and oh my goodness the food is out of this world! We're Irish, from Dublin and we brought our friends to West Cork for the first time, and we all agreed it's the best food we've had so far! For me, the mussels were the best I've ever had. My husband had the open crab sandwich which was insanely good and everyone else had the chowder which were devoured by all the kids!! The pub is one of those gorgeous oldy worldy pubs with so much character. The staff were so attentive and friendly. It was €65 per family including alcohol which was incredible value. You need to go out of your way to eat here! You will be very happy you did.

27/06/2026: Had the pleasure of dining at Isaac's last night. Absolutely top class in every respect. Food was outrageously tasty service was amazing and it was extremely reasonably priced for the quality of every aspect of the dining experience. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Cork. Would highly recommend.

27/06/2026: We ate here on Thursday, great experience. Food was so fresh and tasty. The staff were excellent, friendly efficient and very patient. We cycled from Mizen head to Malin and this was one of our top 3 eating along the whole length of the country!!

09/06/2026: We had a fantastic meal in their comfortable restaurant. The menu is excellent and thete is something for everyone. the Chouda waz nice and soup of the day was spicy but excellent. pork belly took the fancy of 3 of us and they raved about it. i had short rib and it was so tender. the others had rissoto or chicken burger and we were all delighted with our choices. I cant remember the two names of the guys but thank you for your service and appreciated the entire experience. well worth a visit at an average of €30 per head including 2 drinks. would definetly eat there again

03/05/2026: The Mustard Seed restaurant is an experience not to be missed. Situated in Echo Lodge, Ballingarry, Co. Limerick, a magnificent country house in beautiful grounds, it is a haven of luxury where you will be pampered from the start of your visit. Pre dinner drinks in the library are a must, then on to the dining room for a magnificent meal with excellent wines. John Edward and his team will go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful evening.

21/06/2026: I got 2 doner kebabs meals and doner meat on its own. For delivery. It took 1hr15min and food was cold. Absolutely tasteless meat, chips were awfull. And they charged 10.50 just for the doner meat. Would not recommend this place

27/06/2026: We had a fantastic lunch here today. Coffee was beautiful aswell. Free lunch plate of fruit and vegetables for our 9 month old baby was really appreciated. Great spot and definitely a place to stop in while you're in Gorey.

24/07/2026: never gotten a order correct any time i’ve ordered, extras that ive payed for they havent added , dips are either forgotten or the wrong ones, drinks are replaced for full sugar when i order zero

18/07/2026: Order took over an hour and a half. As an apology, they sent me a voucher code to redeem a free pizza. When I went down to redeem my voucher 1 week later which was before the expiry date, they told me the voucher was invalid and to send an email to an email address that doesn’t exist anymore. Thanks for wasting my time, shower of scammers.

17/05/2026: We had an amazing experience here! We spent 3 nights at Ballymaloe and loved every minute. It is an absolutely stunning hotel in the peaceful Irish countryside. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, had heated floors and a heated towel rack, and the comfiest bed! Our room even had a small patio overlooking the gardens. Service was great as well. The morning breakfast was absolutely delicious and the afternoon tea and cake was a nice way to spend an afternoon. We had the 5 course dinner on property one night- which was also delicious. The employees are all so kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend Ballymaloe to anyone! And would love to come back one day!

06/08/2026: Cozy atmosphere with dark leather sofas, booths for privacy, attentive waiters. We had fillet and fish and everything was very delicious. The food arrived within a short time and we had a wonderful dinner.

06/08/2026: The Bull and Castle had lovely atmosphere. My partner and I shared the 16oz rib eye and it was great. We also had the oysters, which were very good. The bone marrow was excellent.

07/07/2026: Ate here on our last night in Dublin! The food was adorable and delicious. Generous portions and served hot. Our family got a pizza, a pasta dish, and one of the beef sizzling dishes. Very good! The garlic bread was excellent.
