18/04/2026: We have nothing but great things to say about Cask. This would be the first cocktail bar we have ever visited that cared so much about its hand crafted drinks that they created a booklet to explain them. The drinks were amazing and very locally sourced. The food was just as good, so good in fact we visited two nights in a row. Both the bartender Michael and the host Harry were as excellent as they were friendly. If we didn't live "across the pond" this would be our go to spot for a nice night out.

17/04/2026: Cocktails and staff were amazing. Between us we tried 6 cocktails. B eef cheeks and mushrooms tasted like salt container had fallen into the dish. Just order chips and bread.

22/04/2026: Just back from there with husband and kids. Really really good place, food was delicious, kids meals were quite big, very reasonable prices and very tasty, I got Caesar salad and husband got the loaded potatoes skins, every thing was eaten, and it was all so tasty and price for all was very good value. Girl that served us was also so nice. Will be back!! ETA i have to say this place is gone downhill, I think they changed the chef, food is terrible, chicken wings were obviously lying there and then re heated because the meat was hard, husband got Guinness and it was really bad, we have tried this place a few times hoping it was a once off but no, awful so won't be back unfortunately.

23/03/2026: Staying with work in The West County Hotel and went for walk in Phoenix Park. Called in here for bite to eat and a drink on way back. first thing that strikes you is the interior is really nice and the pub has real character. Food was excellent with an extensive menu and staff were just nice people. Will definitely be back and would strongly recommend it. It's outside appearance doesn't prepare you for how nice it is inside.

03/05/2026: The Connacht is just a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere and always full of life and different events going on. But what struck me the most were the staff, they just couldn't do enough to help. Would highly recommend the hotel and especially for events but also the Sports and Leisure Centre is really great.

01/05/2026: A truly lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We had a modern, clean room. There is ample free parking. Ideal for those arriving by car. A perfect location for excursions to Connemara and the Burren. Even Galway city center is just a few bus stops away. We highly recommend it.

07/04/2026: The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is friendly. The portions are slightly smaller than other pubs, but still very good!

03/04/2026: Three of us went for lunch and a few beers. The place is very nice and pretty, the burgers were substantial, and so was the sandwich!

03/04/2026: Next to the castle, in a beautiful and solid building, we found a fantastic brewery. Great atmosphere and spacious. The burgers are delicious. Highly recommended.

17/04/2026: Really nice wee spot, called in last week for a wee Guinness 0.0 and then a bite to eat. Nice friendly staff and really good service. Would recommend. The fish and the soup were lovely. GRMA.

04/04/2026: Wow! Food and service were unreal. The seafood was some of the best we've had. I loved my seafood tacos. We pre booked and dined as a group of 7, including adults and teens. Karolis was very friendly and was super attentive in serving our group. Lovely cosy atmosphere, our table was located beside a fire in the most ideal setting which I would definitely book again on next trip. There are several cosy nooks and table areas, along with a large courtyard area which was covered.

01/04/2026: Incredible pints, staff, and food. Luke took great care of us and the kids. We went in with 6 adults and 4 kids. Luke printed out sheets of coloring paper that looked like the front of the pub. Kept the kids entertained for hours.

30/03/2026: Im writing on behalf of my elderly mother. "Waitresses could not do enough for our elderly group, they were great. However the male owner was horribly rude to us. Turned a nice little birthday treat into a horrible experience. I would not recommend at all."

28/03/2026: Was from the US and my family and I planned a day to hike the trail at the Cliffs of Moher and stopped by for breakfast. Lovely breakfast and terrific service. Would highly recommend this place to everyone, but I'm an sure all the locals already know what a gem this place is. I only wish I lived closer.

14/04/2026: This is a well established, busy spot, breakfast/ lunch/ evening dinner, food is top notch, change of menu, well staffed/ managed, pristine. Off licence on site, decent amount of free parking, on easy access to or from town.

21/04/2026: We had a family meal last night for my daughter 18th birthday the food was fantastic and the lady that was service at our table was so nice she went above and beyond for us that made the night extra special we have always went to Corbett court for holy communion and conformation down true the years and the service was brilliant keep up the fantastic work and thanks to all on the night..teresa

20/04/2026: Let's go through the pros of BoBos establishment; nice atmosphere, cleanliness is top notch and the staff were excellent in customer service. Unfortunately, the food falls a bit short; I ordered The Dubliner (Irish beef patty, Dubliner cheese, relish and pickles), while the toppings adds a nice touch, the beef patty was not so great. Quite bland and dry, definitely incomparable to some of the burgers I tried in some establishment. Still, I would provide a solid 4 stars as I was treated well and the environment was nice.

19/04/2026: My husband and I enjoyed a gorgeous dinner here this weekend. The burgers were juicy and delicious, big portions and great options. We also had the chocolate brownies for dessert and thoroughly enjoyed them. The staff were very friendly, and the playlist was great! Will definitely return!
