13/05/2025: This is one of the best places in Dublin due to several reasons: super nice staff, best atmosphere, and great range of beers. They always have a few unique beers on tap to put the cherry on top. The food is delicious as well. Recently they started offering their own range of beers which I found very delicious.
If you pass by this place, it's never a miss. Slainte!!

03/05/2025: Stopped in for a late lunch on the way to the Cliffs. Had the special - roast beef with mashed potatoes and veggies. Gravy was delicious and the creamy horseradish was amazing! Service was quick and friendly. Thank you for the quick scrumptious meal chased by a tasty pint of Guinness! Grabbed a few orders of chips for the road.
01/05/2025: It looked like a cute place, and the people where very friendly, but the food was tasteless. We had the fish&chips, it had really no taste. Unfortunately also the coke tasted like it had been oopened for a few days. Maybe we had just bad luck.

Siamo arrivati verso le 20 e ci hanno serviti senza alcun problema.
Siamo stati accompagnati da una splendida musica folk live e per i più piccoli all'esterno c'è un percorso di casette fatate.
Posizionato proprio accanto al nostro B&B ci ha davvero salvati.
Sicuramente col bel tempo ci saremmo goduti un po' di più l'esterno, con Biergarten e negozietto.

The outdoor seating offers unbeatable views.
Our meal of haddock with lentils and a burger was exceptionally delicious and absolutely excellent value for money.
Highly recommended for a pleasant stopover.

Dined here Sunday the 6th and only found it by using Google reviews so knew straight away we were in for a treat.
Chicken wings are beautiful and crispy, soup was beautiful and the brown bread was absolutely delicious, Had the Fish and Chips which was beautiful also.
Two beautiful ladies served us who were so nice and welcoming.
Looking forward to visiting here again some time in the future.
04/04/2025: We ate chapiñon soup, accompanied by bread, both very delicious things. We also ate Fis lohen chips, in my opinion it would be better if the potatoes were not frozen.

19/05/2025: Mass tourism, more for people who don't expect high-quality food. The kitchen closes 15 minutes before 8 p.m., so not really recommended.

04/05/2025: Booked for a Friday evening. Sat outside for a drink. Let the waitress know we had a table booked. Moved inside and noticed McGoverns had emailed me saying we were 15 mins late, which we weren't.
We both had a steak, mine the fillet, and my husband, the rib eye. Honestly, this meal was 10 out of 10. I had garlic roast potatoes with mine, and everything I got was so tasty.
I had booked other restaurants in Malahide and being honest could have happily dined here for the weekend.
Service outside wasn't so great, but inside was a different story, excellent service.
We have dined here before, not sure why it's not the number one place to dine in Malahide, in my view the food is delicious.
Definitely be back!
