17/12/2025: What a lovely genuine tea rooms with the most delicious home made (how rare this is today) cakes, biscuits and muffins. Full of atmosphere and great friendly service. You couldn't get better!!

07/08/2026: Amazing cafe! Came here for the first time on a busy day with a long queue (for good reason!) and the staff were so friendly & kind it brought such a warm welcome!

06/08/2026: Sat outside & had a really nice lunch/brunch. Food was delicious - the pastrami & brie toastie was a highlight. Staff were very attentive & friendly. Next time I'll save room for one of their lovely cakes.

06/07/2026: I went to the restaurant inside the Avoca market with a group of 4 last Sunday, and we were in a rush. We ordered breakfast, and it arrived quickly, and my God... the portions were bigger than we expected, and the food was delicious. But I have to say, the best thing was the service. The staff took our order and helped us with every little thing. They even brought cake for us when we told them that it was my sister-in-law's birthday. 24/07/2026: The curry laksa noodles were amazing; their fresh noodles made the taste completely different from other shops. The little shop was spotless, and their milk tea even used fresh milk – it tasted fantastic! It's located diagonally opposite Penneys Shop in Dunlaoghaire, super easy to find.
