The best restaurants

18/10/2025: I like the strawberry and chocolate ice cream because it isn't too sweet or artificial. The ice cream at Bel Gelato is better than the majority of the gelaterias in Italy.

23/09/2025: Bel Gelato in Dalkey is, without a doubt, the best ice cream in Ireland — truly Italian-style and full of authentic flavor. My personal favorites are the pistachio, which is rich and nutty, and the salted caramel, which instantly reminds me of the *dulce de leche* I grew up loving in Uruguay. The service is always warm and welcoming, whether from the friendly staff or the owner himself, and the place is usually busy — a clear sign of its excellent quality. One of the best parts is making the cycle from Dublin down to Dalkey along the dedicated bike lanes and rewarding yourself at the end with an amazing gelato. It’s the perfect combination of exercise, scenery, and indulgence. Highly recommended!

05/05/2026: I’ve stayed at The Keadeen Hotel four times over the past decade, and it has been consistently excellent. The hotel and facilities, including the gym suite, are always spotless and very well maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every stay even more enjoyable. It’s a great place to stay if you’re visiting the Newbridge area. Highly recommended!

13/04/2026: If you have been to Tralee and haven't been to Sean Ógs, shame on you, if your going to Tralee and dont plan on visiting Sean Ógs, dont bother going to Tralee! BEST Guinness in town BEST music in town AMAZING atmosphere GO! YOU'LL LOVE IT!!! ,thank me later.

18/03/2026: Our go to spot whenever we're in lovely Tralee. The Guinness is delicious and one of the best pints I've ever had anywhere. The staff are all up for the craic and are very friendly. No food available but you come here for the music, the atmosphere and the lovely beer. Flash is the main man to go to if you need anything. Well worth a visit.

14/05/2026: Very kind service, they always prepare the food accurately and it is so fresh! We love how quick and tasty the food is too. The portions are also outstanding and substantial. We love having out special meals from Apache! Thanks for being a quick delicious spot!

10/06/2026: Service was horrible. Appetizers arrived 30 minutes after our Prosecco. We had to ask to have our table cleared of appetizer plates. Main course was served 1 hour 15 minutes after arriving, despite an email from the restaurant reminding us that we had to vacate our table after 2 hours. The food was average at best nd under seasoned. An overall disappointing birthday dinner.

21/11/2025: Was refused with a group of my friends by a rude American bartender because I was wearing cargos 😂 he then said it’s because they have a cuff they are tracksuit bottoms. Never seen the like, it you go here because of the name and think it’s an Irish bar expect anything but. It’s a hipster joint where apparently cargos are not allowed

17/05/2026: Lovely little cafe. The menu is simple but very VERY tasty food with high quality ingredients! Staff are lovely. Best vegetarian sandwich I’ve had in a good while.
