26/12/2025: What can I say about Geary’s. If you’re in the area call in. My partner and myself called in hoping to grab a bite to eat and a drink…. Or 2 and what an enjoyable experience. The food was outstanding. (Steak sandwich to die for ). All the staff were really helpful, polite and so friendly. Thank you for a lovely evening.

15/10/2025: Nice place, great food. Good service. Really enjoyed the starter, the main course and the desert. . I don't recommend the coffee. The coffee was weak and cold.

15/03/2026: If you like food made with love in a family-style decorated place, you should definitely visit this place. City center, near Trim castle, own car parking, big portions, and service that looks like you're visiting your own grandparents ❤️ Highly recommended!!!

19/11/2025: The Salty fox is on the way up to Tullan Strand. They do a lovely breakfast and lunch. There toasties are very tasty and served with a small side salad with some crisps great if you have been walking and you feel hungry. The staff are really nice and make you feel so welcome. If your up that way you should give it a try once you have been you will want to go back.

16/12/2025: The stew was delicious. I wasn't asked how it tasted during the meal, nor how the beer the bartender recommended tasted. It also has the feel of a cozy pub if you're with people you know, but if you're alone, you won't get any conversation. Not even if you're sitting at the bar; the staff don't seem particularly welcoming to tourists. Perhaps the bartender wasn't in the mood today; during quieter moments, he leaned against the bar rather than chatting.

28/11/2025: Booked the sitting room bar in Foleys Bar for my sisters hen party. The staff were fantastic to deal with from start to finish, so friendly, helpful and professional, especially Jazmine who dealt with our booking from the start and then Shane on the night. Thank you so much for everything!

24/11/2025: Spa was very underwhelming. Sea water swimming pool is dated and not well maintained with pealing ceilings. No separate Spa pre relaxing area to the public pool. The changing room is also same as the changing rooms for the public pool. The floor was flooded and lots of spa slippers and towels thrown on ground, obviously not maintained/monitored. The massage was quite poor too. Would not recommend. The relaxation room has you facing towards a glass wall... with view of a hedge. The lunch in hotel afterwards was very nice however.

16/03/2026: Grey walls and black carpet in corridors 😩😩- very depressing - lot of grey /Black in Reception😩 Hotel looks tired - needs bright colours - Ladies changing rooms at swimming pool need a good steam cleaning- dirty walls behind seating. My dinner was delicious despite not getting mash potatoes?? - with the turkey asked twice - never came. Coffee/tea facility in rooms - which is great - but no biscuits! It would have been a nice touch.

27/02/2026: It has been a long time since we went to the Flesk but it was quite memorable. The service was wonderful and the food impeccably prepared. We could not believe how fresh it tasted until we saw later in our trip their fishing boat tied up to the pier in Dingle. That explained how they could acquire the most exquisite salmon I ever ate in my life. Very simply prepared with salt pepper and butter and yet so memorable. Definitely a spot to try!

02/01/2026: We had a great time! Came to have dinner with two kids. Everything was so good - the vibe, the service and especially the food. The staff was easy going and welcoming, the place was busy but they were very attentive. Food came quickly and was incredible - rack of lamb, burgers and salmon. The burgers were amazing, no less, the best I've had in Ireland in the past 15 months. Great patty, well seasoned and grilled to perfection. Balanced touches of sauce, exactly in the right amount. Awesome cheese too. The salmon was also great - done to perfection, incredible mashed potatoes. Simple, elegant, so tasty! The rack of lamb isn't really my thing, but it looked great and everyone else enjoyed it - I tried the veggies that came with it, really really good. Great variety, flavorful and still with a little stiffness to sink your teeth into. Desserts were good and it was not expensive in my opinion. We parked in a free parking lot a couple of minutes walk. Will definitely recommend and will definitely come back.

03/03/2026: I have been to many pubs, for many years, and this is my favorite. Whether I am taking a group, or just getting a pint by myself, An Pucan strikes the perfect balance. In the front they have a nice old school irish pub and often feature trad music. Perfect pints and excellent staff. No rude doorman - everyone cool. In back their chef is excellent and service is quick - have never had a bad meal. In the event space in far back they can cater to teams and groups. I have brought large groups and they really work to make An Pucan everyone’s favorite. Location, music, service, reasonable prices and all types of seating (and music) bring me back again and again.

27/01/2026: Stayed here for five nights and would stay here again. Room was well appointed, lovely and clean, air conditioned, with a clothes iron and hair dryer if needed, free WiFi and great selection of Tv and radio channels as well as a safe for your valuables and the obligatory kettle with teas coffees milk and sugar and cups. Loved being able to open a window for some fresh air and being able to control the room temperature by yourself, but it can be noisy outside below on the street at the tram stop, especially at night. Over all the room was lovely immaculately clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay here again.
