23/06/2026: Fabio’s is a nice spot for fresh and tasty Italian food. The customer service was good, the staff were friendly, and the food felt fresh and well prepared. I also found the prices fair, which makes it a good option if you want something satisfying without spending too much.
The place has a relaxed, local feel, and overall I had a positive experience. Good food, friendly service, and reasonable value. I would happily go back again.

31/08/2026: There were more staff than customers, and we waited over an hour for our food. No one even approached the guy next to us to take our order.
The atmosphere was nice, and the food was average for the price.
On the plus side, Chris, the waiter, realized something was wrong, came over, and fixed it – clearly the most organized of the team. Nice guy. Howder was very good.
30/08/2026: I really wanted to visit it. It was worth it. A legendary place for anyone visiting Cork.

04/06/2026: Good food, the vibe is cool in here quite cosy, we decided on small bites type food. All the food we had got was good especially the sourdough, the wine was also a vibe. We went on a Thursday and the restaurant was still busy atmosphere was still lively. I would reccomend if visiting Dundalk and enjoy tapas style food.

Everything feels well organised and welcoming, and there’s a nice atmosphere throughout the centre. I always enjoy coming here — it’s one of those places where you can easily lose track of time. 😊
