10/02/2026: Great place for anyone who likes Chinese food. Service was very good. Staff were super friendly. Music wasn't pertinent but nice classical pieces for the most part. Went there with a group of 30 and service was organised and timely.

26/01/2026: We got a take out here for the first time last weekend and will definitely be back, everything we got was gorgeous and fresh and the staff were so friendly too.

19/09/2025: Great atmosphere and craic. Very friendly crowd. We were down from Donegal. We knew half of the bar after being in there for one night.

18/09/2025: Great course and very friendly staff. I played it in February and didn't get rain, so lucky. It's so much like Scottish links course. It's really good you can reserve tee times without staying at the resort. There are 5 courses at Bandon GC and they are in the top 20 in the USA.

16/08/2025: Some stunning views as you go on the course.. the greens were really well maintained as was the course in general.. very accommodating staff also..will definitely be back!

16/02/2026: Went there 2 months ago food was lovely, went there this evening with my wife food was so bad, chicken wings where cold very dry, steak medium well was cold in the middle so was my wife's, onion ring cooked in dirty oil tasted rotten left half my dinner on the plate will never go back so disappointed with it , waitress was nice and friendly, that's it not worth the chance 90 euro for that no thanks

07/02/2026: Great staff, beautiful restaurant. Dessert was great. Got the pizza but it was nothing special I’m afraid, sauce was very bland. Had a burger previously and will order a burger from now on, top tier.

07/01/2026: Good menu, good quality food - by no means exceptional, somewhat pricey for what can only be described as pub style food in a pub style setting though not a pub ! Staff friendly and helpful, decor and furniture bit threadbare, some of the furniture could do with somewhat of a revamp or replacement !

18/08/2025: Amazing!!! We were here three evenings ensuite. And the best was the singer today (name??) Thanx for the Guinness. Espacially the two ladies behind the bar!! Incredible!! How fast they work and at the same time so relaxed, even singing and dancing during pressing the beer. Sorry for my horrible english- greetings from Ilka and Peter from Berlin/Germany

15/08/2025: 1 of the best places in Dublin City to enjoy not just the fantastic Creamy Guinness along with other drinks. But Carla and staff go really beyond what is expected. Local people are extremely friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this place as since in Dublin it's very difficult to find a better place.

12/02/2026: Great restaurant with excellent food and service. Couldn't be more complementary about the staff here. They were so attentive and friendly. The food was of a high standard, with the goats cheese and scallops starters being a particular highlight for us. Whilst it is an expensive menu, it absolutely delivers.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and the venue had that calm, polished atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re in good hands. We were served a set menu, and the selection was surprisingly impressive for a large group. For starters, we had a choice between a classic vol-au-vent — buttery, flaky, and filled with a rich, savoury mix — or a cream of vegetable soup that was smooth, comforting, and perfect for the season. You could tell the kitchen puts real care into even the simplest dishes. For the mains, the options catered to every taste: Roast Hereford sirloin of Irish beef, tender and full of flavour Traditional turkey and ham, beautifully carved and festive Baked fillet of Atlantic salmon, cooked just right with a lovely freshness Although the service took a little longer than expected ⏳, especially between courses, it honestly felt worth the wait once the food arrived. Everything tasted freshly prepared rather than rushed, which I appreciated — quality over speed any day. Dessert was the highlight for many of us: the Best Ever Castle Festive Plate. It lived up to its name 🎄🍮 — a generous, indulgent selection that felt like a celebration on a plate. The perfect sweet ending. Outside, the car park was spacious, easy to navigate, and well laid out, with plenty of room even during a busy event. I also noticed the wheelchair-accessible spaces and pathways, which is always reassuring to see — accessibility done properly makes a big difference 🚗♿. Overall, Lough Eske delivered a polished, enjoyable experience with great food, a beautiful setting, and thoughtful facilities. Despite the slightly slower service, the quality made it worthwhile. I’d happily return for another event or even a relaxing meal — it’s the kind of place that leaves a lasting impression 🌟.

29/08/2025: The venue is lovely, lots of different meeting rooms well stocked with everything you could need. Staff are so friendly too!

19/06/2025: Great hotdesk experience at Iconic. Very comfortable, nicely designed and friendly staff. Location is also a major plus. I'll definitely be booking in again.
