12/04/2025: We stopped for lunch after a walk and couldn't believe the food. Highly recommend!

31/03/2025: Disappointing visit this time, arrived on time for 6:45pm booking 7 of us waited a good 20mins awkwardly in doorways for table to be ready. Seated in separate room upstairs with 2 other tables. I think this was a big part of our experience as the waitress while polite was servicing the 3 tables mostly on her own so in/out a lot of the time and no one else to ask for help when needed. Atmosphere not great in this room and extremely stuffy ( windows didn’t open). Ordered drinks, then told no ingredients for 2 cocktails and no Heineken so ordered alternatives. Took a good 15/20 mins for them to arrive was told bar was busy then 1 drink short had to remind again after another 10 mins as it still hadn’t arrived. No offer of water for the table. Again eventually got some. Starters came, 1 starter short eventually waitress was back in the room to let her know, the rest of us began eating as our food was getting cold. Last starter arrived as the rest of us finished. The food was excellent but the Plates cleared while last guest still eating! Mains arrived, Ordered another round of drinks short a vegetable side reminded waitress and asked for mustard eventually came when we were finished eating with the veg and a bowl of mushrooms instead of mustard (an easy mistake I suppose) anyhow food was great. But again took forever for the drinks to arrive we had finished eating and I ended up cancelling mine. We Didn’t opt for deserts as it was getting late at this stage and we were all hot in the small room. Overall food good but service hit/miss and would rather be in the main section of restaurant. This Room only suitable for private group or with more staff. Never asked once how everything was. No toilet paper in the double dispenser in the one working ladies at the start and end of our 2 1/2 hours there. Shame we were all disappointed considering the food is good

29/03/2025: Tried to have brunch here with my mum and sister last week. Brought my 6 month old daughter in buggy. Was humiliated by the wait staff who made obvious show of displeasure that I brought the buggy, huffing and being rude. Baby was not making noise and had placed buggy beside our table and wall, was not beside other patrons or obstructing a walk way. Weighed up whether to leave this review but it has really knocked my confidence going out in public to other establishments as result. We got up and left due to the behaviour of the staff as found it uncomfortable and upsetting. So disappointed and not family friendly evidently.

18/03/2025: Love this place, the best pizza in the town without a doubt!! Staff are lovely and food is always so tasty. I highly recommend trying amicis if you haven’t already! You won’t regret it 😍

12/03/2025: Beautiful quiet location. Multiple courses, it is quiet pricy but it is more about the experience. All dishes were prepared perfectly and presented well. The staff were all courteous and very attentive which should be commended.

20/02/2025: What a beautiful hotel! I Had the 5 course dinner here the other night . Setting is beautiful. Food was delicious . Something for the foodies and something for the non foodies. As for the dessert trolley it was the highlight. Jokingly I asked for a little of everything but they do that anyway if asked for. All were outstanding .

24/03/2025: Food can be hit and miss. Sometimes, dosa is spicy and flavoursome while the other times it lacks spice and masala. Pulao is always dry, bland and without veggies. I paid extra for additional veggies which they forgot to put.

23/03/2025: I recently had an amazing experience with WOWW Foods when I hired their catering service for a gathering of 50 people. They provided a live pani puri and live dosa station, and every single dish was absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on, fresh, and truly satisfying. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, ensuring that everyone was taken care of. Their food quality, hospitality, and attention to detail are consistently top-notch. If you're looking for a fantastic food experience, whether for catering or dining in, WOWW Foods is definitely a must-try! Highly recommended!

16/04/2025: Anoche reservé este lugar para desayunar esta mañana. Escuché que fue genial. Cuando entramos, el lugar estaba lleno de humo de la sartén, y el chef parecía estar solo sin personal de espera evidente presente. Le dije al chef que había reservado una mesa, pero parecía no saber o no estar interesado y dejó la comida frita en la sartén en la cocina para despejar nuestra mesa. Lamentablemente el lugar estaba tan ahumado, y no había ventanas ni puertas abiertas para aliviar el humo. Fue completamente incómodo. La gente sentada parecía cómoda, sin embargo, pero el lugar era tan espeso con humo de fritura gris que informamos al chef que cancelábamos, le dimos las gracias y nos fuimos.

03/04/2025: Gran lugar. muchachos de sonido. Iría de nuevo. tenía un gran sándwich de filete cocinado exactamente como pedí. las instalaciones estaban en excelentes condiciones. Los propietarios eran encantadores.

15/01/2025: We were in Galway on an Ireland tour. We found the surprise of the trip with this Pub. Michael was great on giving me the inside line of the Galway history and social scene. My favorite was RockShore brew and the Irish seafood chowder with home made bread. I visited the establishment a number of times during our stay. As one afternoon progressed he introduced me to a number of regular customers. We discussed Ireland love of rugby vs. US football payoffs. I learned an Irish greeting: "What's the Craic" and was latter entertained by the music, which is there every night. Make this place your must see and enjoy place when visiting Galway.

07/04/2025: Enjoyed a fabulous Sunday lunch here at the weekend for our family celebrating our Dad's birthday. We had about 6 adults and 8 kids and the service was excellent along with the quality of food. Great menu and the kids dishes were some of the best we've seen. The dessert trolley was a great highlight for both adults and children alike and the staff couldn't be more accommodating for our large group. We couldn't recommend the cottage restaurant enough for family gatherings, food and customer service. All agreed we will definitley be back for Sunday lunch. Thanks again :)

09/03/2025: I have eaten here a few times a year for the last 10 years but never left a review. It it my favourite place in the world to eat. We feel so lucky to have this beautiful restaurant so close to us. The flavour of the food is amazing and continues to improve. We are so thankful for the skill of the chefs and that we get to enjoy it on a regular basis
