06/09/2026: Friendly hostess and good chat with other patrons. Food was the best we had in Ireland even after a 10 day trip!

17/09/2026: I was in Cork with my wife for the weekend, we were in the Welcome a few times and I’d say it’s a great wee pub. The beamish was fantastic, locals very friendly as were the bar staff. Couldn’t recommend the place enough and should I return to Cork it will be my first port of call.

04/09/2026: Had wonderful experience. The food was immaculate and even though we were near closing time, our waiter was extremely helpful and polite. Definitely would recommend this place and churros are a must. We will be back for everything, especially the churros

21/09/2026: I had the best meal during my time in Ireland so far (2 weeks) here and was both surprised and very pleased!! we also had the pleasure of parking our camper van in there parking field for the night free of charge for which I’m very grateful!

07/09/2026: We had the best meal at the Glass Curtain for our anniversary! We were sat right in front of the kitchen and watched the staff meticulously prepare every plate. The tasting menu was so interesting and delicious (we’re still thinking of the smoked tomato days later!) and we loved the wine pairing! We were able to sample wines we wouldn’t have otherwise chosen. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling to Cork.

03/09/2026: Just back from an amazing experience at The Glass Curtain, seated at the bar with some American visitors and, together, we learned so much about the menu, local producers and ingredients -food and drinks! The food was absolutely spectacular and the recommended wine pairings were excellent. Tom is an absolute gem behind the bar, so friendly and knowledgeable, whatever he is being paid they need to double it! Definitely coming back when I’m in Cork next, best meal I’ve had in ages and great fun with it.

17/08/2026: I've been coming to potbelly for years, usually its great, fast service,tasty food and great coffee. But recently its gone down hill, weather its the coffee doesnt taste right. The food too burnt but ive kept going back as service is usually great, except today, ordered over the phone and was quiet when I got down but had to wait 25 minutes for my food as anyone that came in after was serviced first, with the quality issues and now service issues I dont think ill be back

13/08/2026: Everyone should go here at least once. Food is excellent. It's a quaint permanent food truck experience for breakfast, lunch or just a snack. Coffee is very good, the breakfast in a bap fills a large man, I can verify, and the lunch bowls are very tasty. It's outdoors, loads of parking, and normally very busy. It's a must.

30/08/2026: Amazing experience and lovely food. Plenty of options, all delicious. With every person booked on first table you get to order 1 starter and 1 main course or 1 main course and 1dessert half price. Anything extra would be full priced as well as the drinks as expected. I had booking for 4 via first table so we ordered 1 starter, 4 main courses and 3 desserts. Only the platter of bones was excluded but that was OK because everything else was included. Burgers are great quality and actually a steal by this offer. I specially recommend the brownie for desset. Different level, not like any store bought quality. Service was excellent was well. Will definitely go back again.

21/08/2026: A terrible place to avoid. Very poor standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and the staff are rude. I felt unwell after eating lunch there.

27/08/2026: We did the whiskey stories class and the Irish coffee class at this place, what a wonderful time!! Our instructor was warm, knowledgeable and accommodating. My wife is lactose intolerant and he went out of his way to make sure she had a great time. The classes were fantastic, the whiskey was outstanding as was the Irish coffee. If you are ever in Limerick and looking for something to do, I can't recommend this establishment enough; I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!
