The best restaurants

17/04/2025: My husband & I are vegetarian & I am gluten free - this place was recommended & was FANTASTIC! We had 2 main dishes, 2 salads & a soup - and the best homemade gluten free bread I have EVER HAD! It was a ridiculous amount of food (& we couldn’t take the left overs 😞 - if you are in a similar situation- you could definitely share - but we wanted to try so many things!) EVERY single dish was delicious! I highly recommend!

11/03/2025: Everyone has to visit Glasnevin cemetery and loose yourself in the history and struggle for Irish independence as brilliantly narrated by our very informative guide Niambh. We were lucky enough to be there for the anniversary of the burial of O'Donovan Rossa and the graveside oration of Padraig Pearse. Absolutely fantastic 👏

05/03/2025: A great place to visit, I took a tour which is highly recommended. Glasnevin is a beautiful peaceful place, it has excellent facilities for visitors, museum, cafe and restrooms.

08/04/2025: While passing through Galway during a vacation in Ireland from Quebec to Canada, I saw this little fry “spot” on TikTok. Not at all disappointed to have stopped there to try it. Super crispy fries and delicious sauce. Great smiling service and beautiful location. In my opinion a must! I recommend 100%

07/04/2025: Murphy's Bar in Killarney offers a pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. The staff is attentive and makes you feel welcome. Overall, the food is okay, but nothing that particularly stands out or leaves a lasting impression. The dishes are properly prepared, but unfortunately lack sophistication and special taste. Murphy's Bar is definitely suitable for a relaxed evening if you don't have high culinary expectations, but the service and the cozy atmosphere still make the stay pleasant.

21/12/2024: Myself and one of my friends had the teriyaki chicken don and it tasted so good. The chicken was marinated and the rice mixed with the sauce was heavenly and a great mix of savoury and sweet. The egg was chopped up very finely and had a soft texture and the green beans had a very refreshing flavour and I think it was blanched so it had a very refreshing crunch to it! Some of the juices sunk down to the bottom of the bowl and it was such a sweet and delicious flavour. I would say we waited quite a while but there was only one cook when we went so it made sense. The inside is decorated really well and the atmosphere felt really welcoming. My other friend had the tempura sushi roll and miso soup and she really enjoyed it. Price wise, you are definitely getting more than what you paid for. I've paid more in other restaurants for less amounts of food. I paid €18 for the teriyaki chicken don and I would definitely say I got my money's worth. The wait was like 40 minutes for 3 people and it was quite empty, so if you are on a tight schedule you might not want to go, but I personally don't mind waiting 40 minutes for a meal. 10/10 I would really recommend to go and I'm definitely going again!! 🤤🤤🙏🙏

19/02/2025: Maklouba- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I never tried grill chicken with rice that is made with smoked eggplant & veggies. Not spicy but flavours on point! Highly recommended Mix grill- ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lamb chops was amazing! Other grill items also good but the chicken was overcooked and dry..recommended Both of these comes with fresh salad and dip.👍👍👍 Arabian coffee-⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stronger than esspresso.I loved the presentation and after taste ( nutty taste) Kunafa- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was a showstopper!!! Best Kunafa in Dublin so far. They lanuched it today,so its not in the menu. The cheese inside balances out sugar syrup poured on top. Crispy sweet outside,cheesy crey inside. Amazing ❤️ Overall food was greaaat! On a weekday night it was houseful, and even after reservation we got a table close to kichen and toilet. One thing I didn’t like is the sitting arrangement and space. Chairs and tables filling up the space,living barely any space to walk for two waiters. Although loved the tent like celling and dimmed light ambience.

14/04/2025: If you are in Limerick, you will need to make this spot a staple. The food here is INCREDIBLE! If you want tasty, spicy and utterly delicious go no further. The jollof rice was unreal! The staff are also fabulous. Had a great chat with the server who gave me extra spice when I asked for it and it was perfect!! I will 100% be back. 😍

11/04/2025: First time trying this restaurant, it was delicious! Had a vegan dish and a meat dish! Really good for both of them, we had one of the soups with fufu and jollof rice with chicken. Really recommend! The guy at the counter was really nice, and I discovered there was actually a table, so you could eat in if you want.

01/04/2025: No food really but the people were great, the bartenders are amazing, and the locals were a good time. Then add in a fantastic line up of Irish whiskey, flights, and it was fabulous.
