19/08/2025: Un pub traditionnel irlandais au cœur de temple bar, avec sa décoration authentique. Nous sommes allés y manger un après-midi d’août 25 et nous avons attendu, attendu, attendu… mieux vaut ne pas être pressés !
Au final la nourriture était bonne et sans plus, ne valant pas son prix. Mais nous avions le décor !

18/07/2025: I placed an order with dominos, through uber eats, 37 euros worth of food. almost 2 hours later, our food hasn’t arrived; and i called: the first time i called dominos, i was hung up on immediately; and i called again, where i was put on hold for five minutes. once the woman picked up the call; i was greeted with sass; attitude and an overall bad taste. she spoke over me; and said there was no such order made by us, and then hung up while i was mid sentence.
we still haven’t gotten our money back, or any sort of a solution.
maybe she wrong side of the bed, but i went to sleep starving.
27/06/2025: Excellent service and wonderfully polite staff, in particular the woman who took our orders and let us know of any and all available deals.

20/08/2025: Went for dinner on a few occasions and I could not fault it. Amazing food, I would recommend the beef. Staff are nice and helpful. Great for the whole family.
14/08/2025: I dine here very often. The food is very good but the menu doesn't change and there are rarely specials. Service is excellent.

05/07/2025: When they say they have the best Irish Coffee they aren't lying. I was hooked from the first sip. It's a cozy place to hang out for drinks as well.

Mitchell's Cafe, menu
06/08/2025: This place is highly recommended. Unfortunately, too many people already know about it, so it attracts a lot of tourists. It's best to arrive by car in the morning, otherwise the parking lots are already full.

22/07/2025: A warm and friendly welcome. We came for a short stay in Dublin. We were staying across the street from this pub, and we spent all our evenings there. 😊
The owner and the waitresses are great, smiling and attentive. The boss speaks a little French and gave us some really nice one-liners. We feel good at home, sir. Keep it up. 👍👍
Second evening with the added bonus of a large number of musicians who came to liven up the evening. Very cool. 👍

01/07/2025: I loved the bartender out front. He was really personable and shared a tip for where to eat the next night when the pub was closed. It took a while to be seated and then for our food to come out, but we enjoyed a beverage while we waited. Most of us ordered the special...steak and Guinness pie. It was pretty good, came with fries. I didn't know there'd be mushrooms, so I had to pull them out. The desserts were a hit as there was Pavlov and fruit, dticky pudding, and a brownie with ice cream...yum! Too bad the pub isn't open again while we are here so we could try other menu items. It is open Thurs-Sunday only.

26/06/2025: However, we arrived at night on motorcycles a few years ago. We ordered food from the ferry. Nevertheless, we were given a table for four and set up. Friendly staff. Beautiful hotel 🏨 We would come again.

06/07/2025: Filo used to be our regular spot. It was a ritual to meet up with friends here. I don’t know what changed - they replaced previous batch of employees with incompetent and rude people. Quality of coffees and hot chocolates fell, built an ugly chamber inside, reduced the number of tables and overall made the place feel so cheap. It’s a shame.
25/06/2025: I visited this brilliant cafe this morning and had an Americano and pastry. Definitely the best coffee. Later in the day I came in with some friends and we had tea and toasties. Again it was brilliant. A real gem of a cafe.
