The best restaurants

08/03/2026: It's been too long to be reminded how outstanding this restaurant is. Fine dining without the BS. I try hard to not be the guy who photographs the food, but how could I not show off the attached creations. They are works of art. 👏👏👏 to the unseen (but hugely appreciated)kitchen staff. A nice friendly welcome by maitre d'. Extremely comfortable tables and a spectacular menu including a "proper" vegan menu. Staff are very nice, apart from one cold member - they've been there a while and is a tad serious, a bit intimidating. If they lightened up, everyone would feel better. Such a fantastic treat.

Her lovely personality really stood out and made us feel welcome from start to finish. The service was brilliant and truly enhanced the whole visit. The food was also very nice. We’ll definitely be back.

10/02/2026: This place is pretty sugoi. I left feeling quite daijoubu. The atmosphere is very kawaii and nihongo. One thing I would like is more gluten free options onegaishimasu. They only had sashimi without soy sauce which I survived without salmonella but reminded me of the gelatinous glob they eat in saya no uta, dattebayo.

18/10/2025: While visiting from NM in the US we stumbled on this great place. The owners are very personable and professional. The pizza was great and it’s just a short walk from the Jameson Distillery.

27/02/2026: The service was top notch. Staff wa friendly and welcoming. The mussels reminded me of what I would get in the east coast of the US. Sea Bass was cooked to perfection and the seasoning was spot on. Next time I am in Dublin I will definitely come again.

17/03/2026: Me and my boyfriend had a lovely experience last night in this luxurious hotel. The food was delicious, hotel staffs are very attentive with excellent service especially the restaurant and bar staffs. Room is very presentable and clean. We then enjoy a walk in the beach after breakfast.

14/03/2026: Really strong Indian restaurant. We had lamb curry, butter chicken, chicken wings to start, plus naan and another chicken dish – everything was spot on. Great flavours, high quality, and very well executed. Service was excellent as well – attentive but relaxed. Full recommendation.

15/03/2026: We went as a group of 5, Nice classic vibe! Lovely food. Taste & design for both starters & main food. Truffle Ravioli was absolutely delicious 😋 3 of us ordered dessert too but not 100% happy with them. So 4/5 for food.

10/03/2026: We visited Rosa Madre to celebrate my birthday, having had a fantastic experience there on a previous visit - so expectations were high. Unfortunately, this trip fell short. The crab on toast was let down by an overwhelming amount of mayonnaise, which completely masked the flavour of the crab. The lobster spaghetti - the dish I was most looking forward to - was also a disappointment: the presentation was lacking, the pasta overcooked, and the sauce didn't come close to the depth of flavour I remembered from before. A highlight was the tiramisu, which was genuinely excellent. My boyfriend fared better with his choices, and the front-of-house staff were warm and attentive - particular credit to the young man managing the floor, who was a pleasure to deal with. I'm hoping this was simply an off night, as Rosa Madre has shown it's capable of much better.

03/01/2026: love all the vegan options and the scrambled tofu wrap is so yum! there is extremely limited space of seats inside though, even if it's really cold you gotta sit outside or takeway
