07/10/2025: We really wanted to love this restaurant, but both times we've eaten here the service was inconsistent. This visit we were seated by the same gentleman as the last time we ate here, and unfortunately he made it feel like he was doing us a huge favor taking us to our table (we made our reservation a month in advance). There was no friendly greeting or any hint of a smile.
Once seated, our waiter, another gentleman, was stern and abrupt the entire time. We wondered if they didn't want Americans to eat here. The other staff, who were younger, were perfectly fine, but having two people be dismissive spoiled the experience. The food and ambiance were very good.

01/08/2025: Off the beaten tourist path, little cafe. Workers are beyond friendly. Place is filled with locals (good sign) and wondering tourists. Solid scone and coffee for me. My son’s breakfast sandwich was solid as well. Compared to the crazy prices around the area, this was a 5 star stop for a no frills friendly breakfast. If you’re expecting something really fancy, this ain’t the place for you.

28/09/2025: Stopped here while exploring the area. At this time, we had been in Ireland for 10 days. Sadly, the woman that helped us wad the first and only rude person we encountered while in Ireland. Such a disappointment.
23/09/2025: Beautiful, small Cafe and friendly people. The coffee here tasted great. Triple cheese toasties were already pre-made, but delicious. Free tap water. Nice art gallery.

11/10/2025: This restaurant and its sister restaurant Konkan have fallen off a cliff in terms of quality but have raised prices. The lamb in my order was not shoulder or shank, it had a lower cut flavor which would have been fine if it had been cooked long enough, every pice of lamb had unrendered fat and cartilage.
20/06/2025: Delicious food at a good price. The prawns were amazing.
The service was stellar. I booked a table for dinner for my partners birthday, they played happy birthday (at a reasonable volume so as not to disturb other diners) & brought him a slice of delicious chocolate cake with candle and all. It was a lovely touch and a great end to the fantastic meal. I look forward to eating here again soon.

01/10/2025: Such a great experience last night. I brought my fiancé here for her birthday. Honestly, the nicest food I’ve had all year. Both dinners and desserts were an experience.
Not only that but the staff were incredibly friendly and a really relaxed atmosphere, you can tell they put a lot of thought into the surroundings. 10/10, I can’t wait to come back for my birthday.

20/10/2025: If you are looking for a tapas restaurant with angulas, this is the place. I never thought I would enjoy a bowl of baby eels. But it was one of the most interesting things I've ever eaten.
And this was just the tip of the iceberg. Everything on the menu was incredible. Some of the most memorable food and certainly one of the most memorable dining experiences I will ever have.
20/10/2025: The staff were very welcoming. The albondigas (meatballs) were overcooked and dry though the sauce was excellent. The pig ckeeks were also a bit overcooked, and we didn't like the aubergine sticks, which had little taste. The garlic shrimp were fantastic, but we had to buy bread for 3.5 euros. Overall we were very disappointed 😞.

02/09/2025: Chill spot for comfort food! The pizza had a crispy crust with gooey cheese, and the burger was juicy and loaded with toppings. Perfect for a laid-back lunch or dinner with friends.
