22/09/2026: Floury apron provided the catering for our baby’s christening day on Saturday , food was absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend and will be sure to use their services again for baby’s first birthday . We ordered a lemon cake, personalised shortbread cookies, Thai red curry which was delicious, beef, mini sausage rolls and goujons, sandwiches and cheese and grape skewers! Everything was devoured and portions were generous. Caroline was so helpful in the lead up to the day providing advice on the day logistics and was a pleasure to deal with. 5++++++*

17/09/2026: Was recommended this restaurant from a local friend and was wonderfully impressed. Being from Pakistan, I asked the staff to make my karahi in a Pakistani style and the result was incredible. The taste was absolutely perfect and was very pleased. I was very impressed by the staff for accommodating my request and for overall being very friendly. I would definitely recommend.

22/10/2025: Stopped in for a quick Irish coffee, stayed for a couple pints after that. Nice cozy spot. Bartenders friendly and welcoming- even when it gets very busy :)

13/08/2026: Grand place to stop off for a couple of pints but the food service is so slow and when i ordered roast beef sandwich it came out on stale bread and 2 slices of beef on it for €10, when i mentioned it to the food staff they couldn't of cared less

12/06/2026: This hotel is overrated and does not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star property. It feels much closer to a 3-star hotel. The rooms are dated and in need of renovation, and the lack of complimentary bottled water is a surprising omission for a hotel in this category. The front desk service was underwhelming and could benefit from better training and a stronger focus on customer service. The only standout feature is the location, which is the main reason to consider staying here. Please don’t say rate yourself a 4star hotel as it creates false expectations.

12/06/2026: This place was fantastic! We had a bit of an issue with our airbnb while traveling and this place accommodated us so well! The staff is super nice and always greeted us. The location was perfect if you’re looking to stay in Galway! It’s on the same street as the shops and pubs but the hotel stayed nice and quiet despite being on a busy street. Definitely worth staying there!

21/01/2026: The food was fantastic at this restaurant! The service was but there were some personal that were a little rude. The atmosphere was pretty well with a flavour of Italian here and there.
