04/05/2026: Gorgeous decor but unfortunately we would not recommend it for food. Each dish seemed like a collection of well-made parts that didn’t belong on the same plate. We had the crab cakes, oysters and gnochetti crab and amalfi lemon. Extremely overpriced for dishes that do not come together. Wine was good and oysters were the best part although we have had better.

24/04/2026: Exceptional glamorous place that breathes, tastes and feels like you're in Italy. Can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a romantic date night or if you're a bunch of colleagues that want to dine really well and enjoy the peaceful and quiet ambience that this place offers. 10/10

13/07/2026: Couldn't recommend this place enough. Our first visit but we will be back. The service was friendly, helpful and professional. The menu was varied and the food delicious 😋 We sat outside in the beautiful weather but still did not have to get the attention of the wait staff, they were so attentive. I can show you our mains but not our starters. We thought the starter was a little small initially but when you see the main, its perfect. We couldn’t finish our main and wished we brought it home. So so tasty, best wing we ever (starter) and the panko prawns were fabulous aswell. Recommend the Hoisin Duck and the Hoi An if you're into spicy. 😋😋⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

28/07/2026: The snacks (starters) are some of the best food I’ve ever had. If you’re sharing I would get all of the snacks you want, the fish burger and the grilled fish. I would skip the fish and chips altogether.

25/07/2026: The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. Every dish was prepared with great care, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The restaurant is small, but that’s exactly what makes it so cozy and authentic. We also received excellent recommendations for the menu, which made our dining experience even better. We had a fantastic evening at the Fish Shop and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for fresh seafood and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

15/07/2026: I’ve gone here two or three times for dessert, I am a big fan of Tiramisu the portion, and taste is extremely sweet. The softness of the cream and the bittersweet taste of the filling makes for a yummy brunch treat. From the looks of it, it seems made fresh every morning. Their chocolate brownie is also nice but a bit heavy on my stomach. The staff members seem quite friendly and handle themselves well when the restaurant is more busy, they all seemed incredibly calm and collected making ordering a very calm experience , no sign of panic or stress . The chef also seems to handle himself very well , and looks very proud of his work ! I’d like to come back sometime to try the Italian cuisine the menu offers at some point, but for now I’m happy with my tiramisu.

08/07/2026: This morning I went to this amazing restaurant to sample the freshly made and served Eggs Benedict. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection, nice and soft when sliced through. The bacon was delicious with the freshly made in house hollandaise sauce the perfect accompaniment. I did order two hash browns which I really didn't need but they were delicious and served with the owners special coffee blend. The absolute stars of course are the staff. Always a great welcome and a first class service. Oh and I forgot the price. Eggs Benedict was €12 and I can guarantee they will not be beaten for price.

23/07/2026: This is not a restaurant one would visit for the food. It’s more for the dining experience that the restaurant is trying to offer. It says it’s a Michelin star (2018) restaurant but the quality of food was far from being exceptional. The quantities were miniscule and food overpriced. Worth a single visit for the experience. Also, the toilets were dirty and smell bad and not upto the standard one would expect of a high end restaurant.

11/07/2026: I went to the Helix in Dublin to see Franco Escamilla's show, and the experience was great. Access to the venue was quick, the organization was excellent, and we were inside within minutes. The place is comfortable, with good visibility of the stage and excellent sound, which made the show even more enjoyable. The only thing I think they should improve is the area for buying drinks. During halftime, quite long lines form, and the wait becomes excessive, so many people miss part of the event. Aside from that, everything was great, and I would definitely go back to see another show.

19/07/2026: Got chicken bbq kimchi rice bowl for late lunch, most delicious chicken thighs. No uncomfortable textures. Just fresh goodness.

28/07/2026: Great place to eat, welcoming staff, and very helpful! Helped with allergies and brought extra chips for the younger sibling. Recommend the outside seating and field across the way for running around!

08/07/2026: First time visiting here for lunch today and it was excellent. Had the hummus with pita bread and the charcoaled chicken skewers, as well as baclava to take away! Every bite was delicious and so fresh. Service was excellent as well and you are really made to feel so very welcome. A genuine pleasure also to meet with the chef and owner Moustafa who clearly loves what he does and works hard to maintain such high standards with a real passion. Will absolutely come back again and would recommend with zero hesitation. Shokran and best wishes to all the staff there.

14/07/2026: A spectacular pub I stumbled upon. Congratulations on the beer selection; the quality absolutely did not disappoint. I recommend making a reservation, especially if you're in a large group.
