The best restaurants

12/02/2026: Nice and quiet place, the food is really good and portions are huge. Waitresses are very thoughtful and smiling.

23/11/2025: Lovely restaurant and bar area but really bad food. Completely empty on what should be a busy Sunday afternoon. Tasteless desserts, fatty beef roast. A pity as venue looks great and staff lovely. Fitzpatricks is patchy to say the least - from some angles hotel looks incredible, from others it is semi-derelict, covered in moss and damp.

23/08/2025: It's an Italian place with a wonderful atmosphere. The sandwiches have delicious, crunchy bread, and the ingredients are specially designed to leave you with a great taste in your mouth. Their coconut biscuits are also delicious.

18/12/2025: Found this little gem after visiting Sligo and staying in the Radisson Blu. Take away only however the food is top notch really good. We ordered Satay Chicken Skewers, Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Curry, Chicken Balls and some chips and have to say it was one the best chinese meals we have had to take away. Wait was not long and the food was still piping hot when we got back to the hotel. Service was fast and very friendly. We would highly recommend.

26/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location. I highly recommend it to others!

23/03/2026: Hotel needs a bit of rinnovation, hall ways carpet and decor worn. Chairs at the bar stained. Small rooms with old fashion furniture, bathroom shower small. Basic food, poor food presentation and limited selection between bar menus and restaurant. Basic breakfast no variety of selection unless you looks for cereals, no continental options if you aren't interested for irish breakfast you have limited options. Despite this the staff is friendly.

22/02/2026: This main course goats cheese salad was 12 euro (photo taken after 1 bite...and a search underneath the leaves for the possibility of more food. None). An impressively mean serving...i ended up scattering my bag of nuts over it in desperate need of substance/sustenance. The lovely waitress-when we asked- agreed that many others have complained about the portion size too but "nothing can be done about it" (or something along those lines). We had an incredibly tasty, large lunch in McGanns the following day. They threw in extra chips for free when we told them how badly we'd eaten the previous day...

13/09/2025: We stopped here while on a tour to Galway. What a fun atmosphere! A bachelorette party arrived while we were there. So much fun we almost missed our bus to Galway! Pat gave us a hello and great service. Highly recommend!

22/02/2026: Lovely affordable bed and breakfast,spacious rooms for families. Rooms were very clean,free WiFi and fabulous breakfast.

16/02/2026: We spent two nights with Frida and her kindness was awesome. We will be back. The room was spacious and the service and breakfast very good.

25/02/2026: I ordered a birthday cake online from The Crusty Corner for delivery. The delivery charge was €10 and the order went through. Two days later they rang/texted me and said that there had been a fault in the system and that they would charge €75 for delivery or else they wouldn't deliver it. Being let down at this stage means that I may be without a cake for my brother's birthday. I run a business myself and, if a mistake on my side caused a customer to be let down, I would fulfill the order as promised and take the small financial hit involved, and then fix the system so that it doesn't happen again. I suggested this to them on the phone but there was no flexibility there. Even to meet in the middle, somewhere between €10 and €75 for delivery, would have shown a bit of goodwill, but there was no goodwill here. There are lots of good bakeries around, avoid this one.

18/12/2025: Amazing place, we had Indian food. Staff is absolutely lovely. I would recommend to try the food. People visiting that place were so friendly. Good options for vegetarian people. Will visit whenever near by.

08/11/2025: We always get takeaways and the curries are authentic Indian, far nicer IMO and considerably cheaper than those in Greystones village

23/02/2026: I have always collected the food from last year. It was good but the quality of food had gone so bad that my recent order was really a disappointment. No Panner the the sabji and the roti were bad completely waste of money.

25/01/2026: One of the best food i have had in dublin. Tased multiple dishes and all of them tasted really authentic and perfect to the mark. A must try restaurant 🤘🏻

19/11/2025: A good selection of small meals to take away or eat in. Limited space and often long wait times. The staff seems slow and inefficient, and is unfriendly and indifferent. It's a shame, because the meals are really good and attractively presented.

07/11/2025: Found this little Gem whilst waiting for ferry crossing , amazing sour dough and sell a fabulous slection of meat, ready meals and preserves, will call in on next trip to Ireland

11/09/2025: Friendly bar with a chatty bunch of locals. Dosent look like a place for food but I was i pleasantly surprised. Ordered fish and chips. Big white leafy flakes of fresh fish in delicious batter. Chips were good but the atmosphere was great. Id recommend it for food & drink.

13/03/2026: So bland. Used to be such a rich flavourful massaman curry sauce, would bet money they're watering it down now. Just another example of enshitification - a passion project turned to profit project. Standards drop to make cheap bucks. Food was cold which didnt help. What a shame. Won't order again.
