26/03/2025: Emiliano's delivered an incredibly authentic Italian experience, with some concessions to local preferences. The ambience is super nice. The interior design makes it feel like one is in a trattoria in the center/south of Italy during summer. Most of the waiters and waitresses are Italian. They are all very attentive. The menu has a lot of truly Italian courses with a few things that probably try to accommodate local taste. Everything I tried was very good. Some things were good but not in the way I would have expected. For example the pasta with meatballs didn't have the type of taste that I would expect to find in a restaurant, rich and filling, but it tasted like an Italian mum or grandma may prepare for the family during a normal day. This place came highly recommended by a friend who lives in Waterford and I can see why. I will definitely go back when in the area.

17/04/2025: I cannot recommend this place highly enough, particularly if you have food allergies. They go above and beyond to change items on the menu so that you get the whole experience. For example, I ordered steak last time but asked them to leave the pepper sauce because I can't have dairy, and it came out with a non-dairy pepper sauce! Wonderful friendly staff, great surroundings, gorgeous menu. It's our go-to!

07/04/2025: 2 cappuccino, 2 irish breakfast, one hot chocolate, and porridge. The porridge was not bad with fruits and honey, irish breakfast usual 😋, but coffee I didn't like, I understand business it's business but they need to pay attention on quality and not cheap coffee supplier

14/04/2025: A group of us went to Dolans last weekend for a gig and had a bite to eat before the gig. Our server was fabulous and so friendly. The food was great, no complaints here! The staff in the gig area were just as friendly, specifically Callan who saw that we were standing and went above and beyond for us to have seats. Will definitely be returning to Dolans!

13/04/2025: Headed to d mode gig on Saturday night. Had a great night with friends in lovely atmosphere, especially on the rooftop terrace and we enjoyed some cocktails !! And the dj after !Unfortunately, didn’t have time to eat as we arrived late, but definitely will try food next time Great venue and friendly staff !!

02/04/2025: Excellent time in this restaurant. Personally welcoming and attentive. For the meals, everything was perfect or almost (the 5-star hotels in the area are far from having this level and should come and take cooking lessons here.) It's refined, and the flavors and textures intertwine with balance. This place deserves a Michelin star. And the prices are quite affordable, especially with this quality. I recommend.

07/03/2025: We ate here for the first time in October 2024. Absolutely blown away by the quality of the food and the impeccable service. Excellent value for money and the standard of food is the best experienced in a very long time. This is a must visit if in County Donegal. The beef cheeks and monkfish mains were superb.

06/04/2025: Great spot for a weekend breakfast. The social fabric fry is my go-to order. Great flavours and great value for money. Love the coffee and the vibes too. The staff are all lovely. There can be a queue at peak times on weekends but it’s always worth the wait!
