08/06/2026: Portions were just right and everything was cooked to perfection. John was an excellent host as were his team.

26/05/2026: Business dinner. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was enjoyable.

17/07/2026: This pub has a great Irish atmosphere with Irish muaic playing by local bands. I tried their own Irish stout and it was delicious. There are seats outside and it's near sea side so will be a good choice for having a pint after walking by the sea.

09/07/2026: If you only visit one pub in Ireland, make it this one. I've been in a lot of pubs on this trip, and O'Connor's in Salthill is on another level. The place itself is like walking into a living museum — every inch of wall and ceiling covered in lanterns, copper pots, old signs, and a hundred years of Galway history. Grab a pint of Guinness, find a seat near the session table, and settle in. And the music — this is the real thing. No stage, no show for tourists. The musicians sit at a table right in the middle of the room like it's been done for generations. The night we were there, one young musician absolutely stole the show, moving between fiddle, guitar, and Irish tin whistle like it was nothing, singing his heart out while the whole pub sang along. His name is Cullen Vance. Do yourself a favor and give him a listen; you'll be hearing that name again. Friendly staff, perfect pints, unforgettable atmosphere. This is the Ireland you came for. We'll be back.

19/07/2026: With my friend I visited the Donegal, and had a meal in the restaurant. We were served by Sean, he was friendly, and knowledgeable about the dishes on offer. I had the steak with garlic & potatoes, it was the best steak i have ever eaten in years. When I return to Donegal, and I will, I will dine in this restaurant again. Friendly service by the waitresses, thanks to all the team, especially in the kitchen on a hot day.

10/07/2026: Nicest meal I had in Donegal. Service was very good. Food was excellent. Highly recommend the cheesy garlic bread as a starter and either the seafood linguine or garlic steak for a main.

27/06/2026: We ordered two pizzas to go. An Italian guy served us, but when we picked up the pizzas, a Spanish guy helped us. I asked him if he needed the receipt to check our order, and he said no. I insisted, and he told me he knew what we’d ordered, so we trusted him. When we got to our picnic spot, they didn’t give us the sauce we’d paid for, nor any napkins. It was only €2 plus a few cents, so we didn’t go back . In any case, always double check your order, even if the server insists he knows what you ordered.

25/06/2026: Gabriel provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. His recommendations were excellent, and he made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Gabriel! we’ll definitely be back!

It has a gourmet vegetarian concept, but the atmosphere is incredibly relaxed, elegant, warm, and romantic at the same time. — the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable. The tasting menu with was delicious, creative, and perfectly balanced. You can really feel the passion and attention behind every plate. It wasn’t just dinner, it was a true culinary experience that we would absolutely repeat and recommend to everyone. The staff looked after our table and took very good care of us from beginning till the ened. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, and a memorable evening overall.

23/07/2026: A very special restaurant in Dingle. They get the fresh catches of the day and create a new menu everyday. Inventive and delicious. Very great service and kind staff. Beautiful interior as well- paintings and thoughtful design.

22/07/2026: Went for the traditional Irish music and was not disappointed. The beer was very reasonably priced the atmosphere was incredible and the musicians are so good I can't describe it.

15/07/2026: We had an amazing evening. Started with drinks in the courtyard while we waited for our table to be ready and then we ordered tapas to share and each came out better than the next. The food was delicious. Our favourites were the prawns el Diablo and the habanero cheese pot 🤤
