18/08/2025: Popped in for beer and onion rings. Atmosphere is loud and busy. Food was okay. My perspective is that it is mostly self service. They were busy when we arrived so understood needing to step up to the bar for our drinks. But it cleared out and service was still awful. It was like none of the servers felt then need to check on customers at the tables for drinks or food orders. Had to keep going to the bar to get a food order in and a second beer.

21/06/2025: Al no haber oído hablar de este lugar, encontré un lugar de estacionamiento cerca y lo probé.
Excelente menú con una cálida bienvenida fue mi primera impresión.
Elegí huevos turcos. La primera para mí. Todo sabía muy fresco, sabores muy bien mezclados y muy bien presentado. Los huevos escalfados fueron cocinados por expertos y se presentó un pan de calidad como acompañamiento.
Un buen lugar limpio y cómodo para sentarse.
Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

El café helado naranja olía muy bien. Tenía grandes esperanzas de volver al día siguiente, pero por desgracia nuestro deambular nos llevó a otra parte

06/07/2025: Stopped here randomly while driving through to Donegal, chance favoured us because it was great. The food was lovely, the chips were so big they were practically full potatoes and yet perfectly cooked. I got a southern fried chicken burger and it was gorgeous. Seriously I'm writing this a few days later and I'm still comparing everything I'm eating to it! The best part though was the service, the man who took care of us (feel terrible I didn't get his name) was lovely and so helpful. If I'm ever driving this way again this place is a definite stop.

26/07/2025: Service was incredible, had the nicest waiter. Food was also amazing, best Starter I‘ve had so far and the main meal was also very good.
We were able to get a table for two on short notice (they assigned us a reserved table on the condition we‘d be finished in 1 1/2 hours, which worked for us).
We spent roughly 63 € for two starters, a meal and two drinks. Definitely recommend!
12/06/2025: Es war sehr lecker, sogar unser Sohn hat gegessen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, empfehlenswert!
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

04/06/2025: Super friendly staff, fun climbs, great community. The €30 for 30 days is a great deal too.
I'm not crazy about the grading system not being connected to any internationally recognised grates but that's such a minor thing. All in all, highly recommend.

05/07/2025: I’m absolutely obsessed with this café — the food, the charm, the whole vibe! They’ve such an intriguing and creative menu, with loads of healthy options (the Black Forest overnight oats are divine 😍) and some seriously tempting baked treats too.
The staff are always lovely, and even though it’s a smallish spot, they’ve managed to include a little play area to keep toddlers entertained. It’s dog-friendly as well, which adds to the relaxed, welcoming, family atmosphere.
The bathroom is always fresh and spotless — honestly, a gem of a café! 💫

10/08/2025: So I was due to me to American friends that were over visiting and when I arrived in I had a quick look around the bar to see if I could see them and straight away the bar staff had kind of come up to me and asked me was ok and I said I was fine I went to look for my friends I couldn't see them I was then approached and said that. Tracksuits are not allowed in the bar when I had shown them that it wasn't tracksuit pants that I had on that they were chinos and there was a belt it was clearly obvious that they were judging me because of the type of jackets I had to leave and wait outside on street till two fri nds arrived when they arrived they then allowed me to enter

30/06/2025: Stayed here 2 nights with my partner for my birthday. The staff were absolutely brilliant, always friendly. Breakfast was stunning & my partner enjoyed her wagyu steak. The leisure facilities are spot on, the rooms are brilliant.
Will most certainly look to revisit.

02/06/2025: Local pub. Locals on site. Prices are normal. Irish coffee is good. Inside a bit frozen in time, but clean and ok. Good 80s style music, at least in the early afternoon.

17/08/2025: Imagine paying 250 euro for a dinner where the waiter doesn’t even greet you and splashes down food 5 mins later. Drinks followed 10 mins after that. Dinners were great but the starters were greatly undersized. Served shrimp and not prawns and the oysters were 1/5 of the shell size. I’m embarrassed for this place really and feel shammed.
15/08/2025: One of the best, and I mean best, seafood meals I've had ever. Anywhere. And the excellent and professional service are only a bonus to the wonderful food. My waiter, Wallie, was great, as were Renan and the other bartenders. I can't recommend this establishment highly enough!
