The John Barry Bar

04/07/2025: A brilliant night of traditional music by excellent musicians and singers. Even the barman sang a solo that brought the pub to a standstill while he was still pouring pints.
16/06/2025: I went here on a Thursday evening with a group of about 8 from work. The pub is small and very very busy. There was a ballad session on, the atmosphere was brilliant and the Guinness was even better. We thoroughly enjoyed the night.

09/08/2025: My cappuccino was fabulous and the staff were super friendly. Bit sad that i was tight on time and had to get a takeaway. Next time I am in Wicklow, I will have food and will dine in. Can't wait !!

05/08/2025: Spent two nights at the No. 1 Pery Square hotel, and found it to be a delightful experience. All the staff that I interacted with were most helpful and knowledgeable, and breakfasts were quite special.
21/07/2025: Beautiful boutique hotel, just off the city centre. Minutes walk from the city centre and train station. Very tasty bar food on a Sunday afternoon, washed down with a 00 Guinness.

22/07/2025: The breakfast and service at this place was delicious. The granola and yogurt with berries was so fresh and tasty and the vanilla latte was smooth. Our waitress was kind and very accommodating and the rest of the staff was friendly as well. Great place to wake up.

Had an amazing lunch at Meet & Fit – the sandwiches are absolutely top tier. Fresh, tasty, and really filling. Great spot if you want something delicious and satisfying without the guilt. Highly recommend!

16/06/2025: Great pub with a cozy atmosphere. Has that old time feel. Friendly staff and a reat bar for traditional Irish music (Mondays and Fridays). Has a pizza restaurant out back called The Rusty Oven that has the best pizzas. Dog friendly. Highly recommend this spot.
