The best restaurants

25/07/2026: The Pad Thai from Camile Thai in Dublin 8 was truly marvelous! The flavorful ingredients and the way it was cooked were excellent, especially that sauce. I wouldn't hesitate at all to give the restaurant a five-star rating for delivering such a wonderful dish.

23/07/2026: Absolutely loved the Thai Spice Bag from Camile! The chicken was perfectly crispy, the chips stayed crunchy, and the seasoning had just the right balance of spice and flavour. The fresh peppers and onions added a nice touch, making it feel fresher than a typical spice bag. The portion size was generous, everything arrived hot, and it was great value for money. Easily one of the best spice bags I’ve had—I’ll definitely be ordering it again! I’ll be trying thier Crispy chilli chicken next

24/07/2026: Best and healthy Chinese I could find on a motorway. I love their no beef teriyaki and noodles are damn nice and so value for money!!! Also the service was fast, overwhelming to see so much dishes but the crew there helped me calmly. Nice peeps

23/07/2026: I first came here with a classmate who's really into whiskey — we booked tickets many days in advance. I can't remember if there was a performance the night we came, but the cocktails were fantastic. Back when I was studying, I used to visit every few weeks. I'm not even that big on cocktails, but I ended up drinking quite a few. It's a really interesting place — you often catch a jazz performance there.

02/08/2026: The services was lacking. When asked clearly for a slipt bill between our 2 famillies we ended up with a complet table bill. This was not an assign server like we are use to, so the other server doesn't probably know the split bill information... there was a lot of time between visit at the table. We asked for a new jug a water, it never came. I had to get up and find someone and ask again... however the decor is really beautiful but it is loud in there. The food was really good. Great quality. Great restaurant but laking in services during busy hours.

14/07/2026: This must be the best restaurant in Cavan town? Everything on the menu taste absolutely delicious, great selection for kids too and at reasonable prices. Great bar with good selection of cocktails 🍸🍹🥃 Compliments to the interior designer, beautifully decorated inside. Nice selection of outdoor seating too which is nice during the hot weather, although it's limited. Would highly recommend the beef cheeks or Wagyu burger 🍔🤤👌🏻

14/06/2026: Wonderful evening with live music! The bar staff are so friendly and the Guinness is so good! I was desperate to hear live trad music (not in Temple Bar) and finally found this place the day before our departure back to the states. Nice mix of locals and tourists here, and not packed in like sardines. (Also the place where The Dubliners got their start, can't get much better than that!) Definitely come here for an authentic evening with like-minded folk.

17/05/2026: Went in for a pint. The selection was good, the place was very busy on a Friday night but we were served quickly and even asked if we wanted another.

20/07/2026: Asked For a Cappuccino, was told "our coffee machine is broken", screen was on and it sure didn't look broken. More like lazy staff TBH... Tired and dirty pub, an insult to Spain!!!🇪🇸

18/07/2026: We booked this restaurant to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. The food was good, but the experience was disappointing overall. Our table was uncomfortable, and the indoor area was far too noisy. We ordered the patatas bravas but were told they had run out of the tomato sauce. However, as we were leaving, we saw the same dish being served with tomato sauce to other tables, which was confusing. Overall, I don’t think the experience justified the price.

10/07/2026: Wandered up from our vacation stay and discovered this tapas bar on a busy little corner across from St. Luke’s church. On this hot day in Cork, no one bothered to sit inside but rather on the sidewalk where everyone was cool and jovial. We only had to wait one minute for a table to turn, which was lucky as it seemed like a place where no one seemed rushed. We ordered chicken bites and spicy meatballs that went well with a nice rioja. Service was fast and friendly, and had the cozy neighborhood vibe that made us wish we were staying another few days so we could come back here and chill.

23/07/2026: Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional and not very attentive. The restrooms were extremely dirty, which left a very poor impression. The fish and chips were also very dry and lacked flavor.
