The best restaurants

08/04/2026: Food was really excellent! Especially, the scallops with confit fennel and lamb with cheese filled Agnolotti for first courses and the duck with Black Pudding and beetroot for main course. I also very much enjoyed the cheese for dessert. Service was very attentive and friendly. It was a bit loud, since there was a bigger party sitting next to us. I would recommend this place to foodies any time.

16/06/2026: The food and the atmosphere were great, but the service was subpar. We waited a very long time for our food and nobody came to say anything to us like it'll be ready in a few minutes or there's a delay. Thankfully we had some cool customers sitting nearby us and we struck up a conversation. They seem to be more irritated by us being there than helpful

15/05/2026: I've been here a couple of times in the last 3 months and the food seems to be not as refined as it could be..almost like a carvery style with the beef dishes, general appearance of dishes is untidy and lacking any oversight... staff are pleasant but a bit too functional.

04/04/2026: Had the friday brisket sandwich. Unfortunately the three of us agreed the brisket was very hard to chew. Lovely staff and chilled atmosphere but I’ll be thinking twice before trying again. I’ve had food here before and it was great but if all three people had the same result, I think some changes could be made to tenderise the meat. Mushroom soup was very tasty.

19/04/2026: The food was so delicious that I forgot to take pictures. Anyways, I have been to this restaurant 3 times now, and every time I came back, I could not be disappointed. Bear in mind it’s not that cheap, but it’s worth every penny. Food: 100%, Service:100%. Can’t wait to return. Definitely recommend.

09/03/2026: 5* food and service. I had the Carbonara and the kids had goujons and chips. It was beautiful and as I was rushing for the airport, they facilitated me super fast, I calculated 6 minutes from ordering to table!! Delicious and fresh, will definitely return.

13/05/2026: This was the first place we stayed at on our Ireland adventure and they set the bar VERY high. I highly recommend them! The beds were the most comfortable on our whole trip. The room was beautifully appointed with extra touches, like the fresh mini-muffins that were delicious. They also had our favorite breakfast, of all the places we stayed. My mom is STILL raving about their porridge and will be trying to get their recipe! Be sure to walk the grounds and enjoy the town right outside the main entrance! The beauty and quaint charm of this place is hard to overstate! Well done to the entire staff and, hopefully, we'll come again!

09/05/2026: The food was very delicious. The manager gave us a brilliant tip for a bar and was really fun to talk to. Would absolutely recommend this place!

30/04/2026: The starters, side dishes, and main courses were excellent. The bar snacks were unfortunately very disappointing and not recommended.
