09/09/2026: We had our wedding at the Hampton Court Palace Garden Room and want to thank Anand Chadha and his entire team at Laguna for providing such excellent catering services! We had a cross-cultural Indian-British wedding and Laguna were able to provide the perfect fusion dishes for the occasion. All of the food was delicious, beautifully presented and honoured our fusion theme perfectly. The Cardamom Chai Creme Brûlée dessert was especially a highlight! We were also very pleased with all of the drinks provided which included colourful mocktails, prosseco for toasts and an open bar for the after-party with an abundance of options. The His & Hers cocktails were particularly delicious! Anand's excellent leadership saw to it that our event was planned and executed flawlessly. He was incredibly organised, communicative and had great attention to detail. From a beautiful table arrangement to presenting the wedding cake to canapés to a late-night live food stall, Anand and his team did a phenomenal job in every area of the event. The service was also top-notch from start to finish. Each and every member of the catering team was professional, friendly and attentive. They were also very willing and helpful in assisting in areas that weren't to do with catering including helping me adjust my bridal makeup. The Laguna team also worked seamlessly with all of the other suppliers at the events, and it was clear that they had a great deal of experience in curating wedding catering. Thank you to Anand and the Laguna team for making our wedding so beautiful and memorable!

25/08/2026: Very nice experience! As someone who often is experimental with their food I can never go wrong with Umai! The food here always tastes high quality and leaves me feeling my best after, it's one of those places where instead of feeling stuffy after eating it instead leaves you feeling refreshed and well nourished! Very nice food I couldn't recommend more for someone who is looking for a comfortable fill that leaves you full but comfortable!!

10/09/2026: Having "escaped" Doolin because all the pubs were packed, we returned to Fanore, near our B&B. We ate very well in this very well-kept pub, with a varied menu and a very friendly owner. Fair prices. There was no live music (I don't know if there is on other nights). An excellent alternative to Doolin. Recommended!

08/09/2026: Adorable little pub in a really cute, cozy blue house with coastal views that would draw tears from a rock. Descended upon them in an excursion bus and they managed exceptionally well despite the vast number of tourists who couldn't follow basic direction. Pints went down almost too easy and chefs should be eligible for Thai citizenship with the unexpectedly delicious massaman curry and rice. Fish and chips were sublime. Also had the soup of the day (carrot and ginger) and I swear it hugged me from within. Bartender was a grumpy uncle in a really cool, chic seaside way.

11/09/2026: Went to order a meal deal online but wasn't working so i rang the shop to order the same meal deal Large pizza , garlic bread ,chicken strippers. Girl on the phone (mirrian) said the deal only comes with wedges. I asked why dose it say online it comes with chicken? She said chickens not on ot what do you want. This employee was so rude, unhelpful and unprofessional on the phone she should not be dealing with customer service! I asked her name and ended the call proceeded back to online and ordered the meal that I asked for went to the shop to collect and when i got home the pizza was not what I ordered. This isn't the first time I will not be returning again. Waste of money.

The food was fantastic, the menu was well-balanced, there was a good selection of local drinks, and the hosts were very welcoming. The atmosphere is charmingly rustic, typically Irish. Highly recommended. We're repeat customers and would eat here again anytime.

07/09/2026: I've been there several times, mostly for breakfast. Excellent selection of both classic and sweet treats. Also great for takeout to enjoy in the park. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It's also a great place to buy tea.

04/09/2026: Interesting concept: You can choose one vegetarian main course from a variety of options and add either two salads or a soup. Delicious! It's self-service, but the staff at the counter are incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

15/09/2026: We just had the most delicious gourmet experience. Every dish was superb, and the flow and pacing was perfection. The wine list paired beautifully with the dishes. The chef makes it easy by limiting your choices. Everything was as fresh can be. Honestly, I’m pretty sure there were no bad options. The scallops, soba noodles with duck, boulabaise and lamb cutlets were all truly exceptional. Highly recommend! But the place needs a visual makeover. The atmosphere is definitely on the plate.
