18/03/2025: "A Charming Gem in Dublin!" We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel in Dublin, and it truly exceeded all expectations! The decor has a charming, slightly old-English vibe, making it feel incredibly cozy and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional – the reception team, the restaurant staff, and the bar crew were all top-notch and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel is situated in a lovely, peaceful area, yet it’s just a short distance from the heart of the city, making it the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. The beds were super comfortable, and we had a restful night’s sleep every time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dublin – it’s a true hidden gem with wonderful service, great amenities, and a fantastic location!

18/03/2025: Fantastic Hotel, with super friendly and professional staff. The restaurant food and bar are wonderful. The location is great only a 10 minute walk to the city centre and close to the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus route for all the sights of the city. We had a wonderful St Patricks weekend and were sad to leave the Schoolhouse Hotel & Gastrobar... We can only recommend....*****

12/04/2025: Delicious Irish Pakistani seafood fusion restaurant :) the Molly Malone masala, tiger prawns, lobster jalfreezi and golgappa were highlights 😍 wonderful service too and loved the decor :)

12/04/2025: Had dinner there with Wife, found it little noisy for this price you would expect place to be fine dining but it is more of a casual cafe. Tables up very close to others, noisy and food was very average. It took 22 mins to pay after asking for bill twice. Waste of time, we asked for leftovers to take home and they decided not to pack one of the dish which cost about 25 euros there. Half of it gone!

01/04/2025: Absolutely fantastic! Possibly the best restaurant we have ever eaten in. We had the tasting menu and wine and it was spectacular. The service was impeccable. Friendly, accomplished, knowledgeable and just wonderful! Good, fresh, local, seasonal produce cooked to perfection with some lovely twists of flavour. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was delicious and the staff were so lovely even gave me a rose and ice cream as it was my birthday 🌹 we got the arrabiata and bolognese with the garlic and chilli prawns to start and of course some great wines! My new favourite Italian spot in Dublin 🇮🇹🍝

23/03/2025: Had a beautiful meal today at Tabu while passing through, a real hidden gem. Food was very flavousome, colorful and well presented. The four us had different options and all were amazing and tasty. Staff were attentive and pleasant. 10 out of 10

18/03/2025: Fantastic dinner on St. Patrick’s Day. Food was phenomenal, service was great all throughout the meal with the exception of it being extremely difficult to get our check. After finishing our after dinner drink, we weren’t checked on for over 30 minutes, and I tried multiple times to flag our server down, and finally was able to after a long time. Just a nitpick, the experience was great overall! We will be back!

07/04/2025: Stopped in for lunch to the Harp in Sligo yesterday, It was flat out busy and table turnover was high. The food was excellent, couldn’t be faulted. The staff land service however left me speechless. They are the best example of teamwork, customer service and excellence in hospitality that I’ve ever experienced. Their friendly manner, efficiency, speed, attention to detail, and level of engagement with each others, the customers, the standard service and the job at hand was fantastic to watch! They set the bar for standards in hospitality. Well done. Caroline

06/04/2025: Would highly recommend the Harp tavern.the food is always amazing and you can always be guaranteed a warm welcome by Ann and her team. We celebrated our engagement in the Harp and as always we were looked after so well. Ann and her team went above and beyond for us. Fantastic atmosphere and beautiful food. We feel so lucky to have the Harp tavern on our door step

06/04/2025: Made a reservation in The Oarsman for lunch and was really impressed. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the service was spot on, friendly and efficient without eber feeling rushed. The food was excellent. You can tell they take pride in what they serve, fresh ingredients, great flavours, and everything really well presented. It’s a step above your usual lunch experience, but still feels comfortable and down to earth. Definitely one of the best places to eat in Carrick-on-Shannon. Will be back for sure.

02/04/2025: A really nice shop right in the city center. We were able to spend the entire afternoon there in the sunny weather. We enjoyed pleasant conversations and delicious beers at reasonable prices. I highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.

22/03/2025: Came in without a reservation and was able to squeeze in, but definitely should make a reservation as it is quite busy! Excellent customer service and delicious food! The staff was very attentive and made us feel very welcome! Good variety of wines available!
