08/10/2025: The Lagom Townhomes is a fantastic place to stay. Nice views, big and clean room, friendly and delightful host (Brandon), easy parking, excellent bathroom, perfect location, and tasty breakfast (and exquisite dinner). At dinner, the short rib was amazing. We look forward to coming back soon!

31/12/2025: I arrived at 6:30pm on New Years Eve without a reservation. And when the woman in charge heard I was a party of one she immediately found me a spot. The curry chicken was great, and a huge serving. And it also included garlic bread AND chips! And since it was a special night I ordered the bread and butter pudding. They added every extra possible, and it was amazing! Thanks to all for making my solo night a memorable one! (And for keeping my glasses safe until I returned for them.) Highly recommend!

16/03/2026: I've been here a couple of times now. The food is ok, not great but they do have a seating area. I believe the fish is nice but the kebabs they offer are not. I wouldn't be in a rush to go back.

06/01/2026: I bought a full tray of baklava from Ella’s Heaven and it was absolutely outstanding. From the moment you open the box, you can smell the freshness real butter, high-quality pistachios, and perfectly baked layers. It’s not overly sweet or dry; the syrup balance is spot on, and every bite just melts in your mouth. It’s been a long time since I’ve had baklava of this quality in Ireland. You can truly taste the care, skill, and tradition in every single layer. I served it to guests and everyone loved it they all asked where it was from. Ella’s Heaven is not just about desserts; it’s about consistency, cleanliness, and top-level quality. I can confidently say this is the best baklava in Ireland. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates real, authentic taste.

20/01/2026: Great pub in Miltown Malbay and so glad we came here. Staff are brilliant, particularly Olivia who was so chatty and helpful throughout our visit. Great atmosphere in the evening with the live Irish music and felt at home with the locals who were so welcoming!

01/03/2026: Worst fish and chips I've ever had. The chips were not fresh, tasted and looked as though they had been cooked the before and rewarded. The fish batter was so hard and the fish was dry. Placed a big order, travelled over 20minutes to collect order, only to be told we didn't have our complete order. Worst experience - 😞

06/01/2026: Fresh fish, cod with potatoes—which are absolutely delicious, served piping hot with salt and vinegar on the table so you can add it to your liking. The service is quick and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

27/10/2025: A very good place, the food was delicious and plentiful. The service was also very good. It's a place I would recommend. The only thing we didn't like was that they don't have very good ventilation, so if you eat inside, your clothes will smell like food afterwards.

15/12/2025: Great coffee, fresh takeaway food (pastry, sandwiches, salads) and a big selection of artisan grocery items including their own range of excellent balsamic vinegar and olive oils. There's also a sit-in option, which I haven't availed of. Warm and friendly service. Id highly recommend this neighbourhood gem.

28/11/2025: The cutest shop and the coffee was lovely. Really friendly and kind service. And you have to try the cinnamon bun!!! Insanely delish!

30/10/2025: Very delicious food, delicious coffee! The atmosphere is also good! We had one problem all three times we ate here; one of the dishes or drinks was always missing from our order! Always ask for the block and check your order!

09/03/2026: Beware if coming in late to stay in this hotel. Had to pass thorough security check before entering explaining why I was late getting in (4am). Then at 8 am expect contractors outside your door fixing whatever they were fixing. Absolute joke. How can works happen in the corridors during morning hours … why can’t they happen around check out hours ?? Would never ever stay here again.
