27/07/2025: Booked a space in Fidelity for my 30th birthday (around 25 people) and it couldn't have been a better choice! The staff were great and were so attentive and the space was absolutely perfect - enough room for a dance but also a bit of privacy and our own area. Would highly recommend!

06/07/2025: I don't understand why the restaurant was open today?! If you can't flush the toilet or wash your hands, it's a health and safety hazard. Also the food is not worth the price!

20/07/2025: Went there for team dinner with my colleagues. They have 2 different options: buffet and A la carte. We went for the A la carte option and I was really impressed with the food quality. The ambience is really good. The place is really clean as well. The place is not cheap and I believe we need to make reservations.

31/07/2025: A wonderful hotel resort in the middle of Ireland. Rooms are exceptionally comfy and breakfast is a must. WiFi is okay but questionable speed.

30/07/2025: We stayed for two nights which was nice clean and tidy the bar was a bit chaotic a lot of young staff with no bar manager Blake's restaurant for dinner and breakfast was brilliant food was delicious and the staff were so helpful and friendly the spa was a disaster we went for two hot stone massages which were terrible the two male therapists were bad hadn't a clue how to do hot stone when you're paying €85 each you expect a nice hot stone massage more training need .

15/08/2025: Our dessert table at our wedding was from Cafe Nua, and it was the most popular thing of the day! Everything was gone in seconds. Laura and her team were great to deal with and they delivered straight to the venue. We had sampled plenty of their delicious desserts in the run up and they were all hits with family members, including the delicious vegan carrot cake. Fantastic business, highly recommend!! Thanks a mil Cafe Nua!

07/08/2025: We were in Dublin for a long wedding anniversary weekend and were looking for someplace special for dinner. We liked the website for the Garden Room and decided to try it out. Service is very warm and welcoming from the moment you step into the hotel (the restaurant is part of the Merrion hotel). Somehow I was expecting more of a "garden restaurant" atmosphere with a lot of plants so was a tad surprised not to see more of that. But the ambience and food made up for it :) Service is very attentive and forthcoming. I really appreciated the thoughtful and delicious anniversary surprise from the kitchen.

22/08/2025: Wow! What an experience we had at Liath last night. The food and wine pairings were imaginative, gorgeous and delicious. We'll 100% be back come the winter season to see what Chef Damien creates. The restaurant is small although manages to feel spacious while intimate. The service is impeccable without feeling pretentious and still feeling welcoming and friendly. Johnny created interesting and delicious wine pairings. Ailish was warm, passionate and attentive. The flow of service was quite natural and the restaurant clearly operates like a highly experienced and qualified team. Best meal of our life! We'll see you all soon!

16/08/2025: I had truly hoped this would be a glowing review, full of praise. Instead, my translation of Liath into Turkish will have to be: “İçi Boş Balon”. I’ve eaten in top-end restaurants from Paris to Tokyo, Istanbul to Taipei, San Francisco to Singapore, and I’ve learned that disappointment is sometimes part of the journey. Sadly, this was one of those times. If not for the thoughtful wine pairings (compliments to the sommelier), a few of the sweets, and the excellent stout bread, the meal would have been unforgettably bland from beginning to end. The langoustine was lost in its role as a filling. The “pollan” fish was overly pickled. The pata negra drowned in vinegar. The eel cone —Liath’s signature— stood out as a spectacular exception, a rare highlight. Frozen cheese may be an intriguing idea, but here it didn’t land (save for its marvellous match with the 2018 Domaine Rolet Côtes du Jura). We left feeling we needed a second dinner — which, in fact, we went and had. 🙂

05/08/2025: Beat chipper in sallynoggin by a mile, The lads in their are brilliant! Special shout out to kimi the nicest manager ive ever met! Got the kebab and it Delicious and the chips were cooked perfect! Definitely recommend!!!!

05/06/2025: I got two lovely hampers for my PhD supervisors for my graduation. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of the stuff I bought was Irish which I really enjoyed since I like to shop local. Brilliant place

28/05/2025: I have been using Grape and Bean for corporate gifting for the last 3 years. And I have no intenetion of moving our business elsewhere!! The service has been first class and I would not hesitate in recommending them.
