03/03/2026: It was a pleasant experience to be here. It was my husband's birthday. We had a wonderful time, the only big downside is that there are no parking spaces for visitors and we had to go to a lot of trouble to park our car. The food, service and atmosphere are very good, so I 100 per cent recommend visiting!

10/12/2025: We discovered this Korean restaurant by chance, and what a lucky coincidence! I'd been wanting to try some good Korean food for a while, and this was delicious. The girl who served us was incredibly kind and polite, which was much appreciated. When I return to Dublin, we'll definitely come back here, as it was a fantastic find. I'm going to Korea soon and hope to find places as good as this one.

02/03/2026: We could not have been happier with our wedding at Rathsallagh House 😊 We live in Australia and only saw the venue in person for the first time on our wedding day - but from the start, the communication was super clear and Megan was so friendly that we always felt at ease. We genuinely trusted them to make our special day perfect, and they truly did. The house itself is spectacular. Driving up the avenue, we felt incredibly lucky to be getting married there. We had 70 guests at our wedding which was in the drawing room. We loved the cosy, warm, Christmas atmosphere. What we loved most, though, was the staff. We felt so special and so well looked after all day. Tara was our wedding coordinator on the day and made sure everything ran smoothly. She was supportive, warm and professional — exactly what you hope for on your wedding day. We had the glam room that morning, which was the perfect way to start the day. The room is beautiful and the food was lovely. Our guests are still talking about the two lads behind the bar — they were fantastic all night. The day after the wedding, Nikki kindly and enthusiastically took us on a tour of the house so we could see all the rooms. Our bridal room was amazing — we loved the bath, and enjoying a nice coffee brought to our room. We honestly can’t wait to return and wish we could do it all over again.

01/03/2026: Beautiful, stunning old style country house that has 36 rooms for guests. We had a wedding there and the staff and management could not have been more lovely and helpful in making our experience there the best they possibly could. Food was the very top quality. The amount of rooms they have for different experiences from loud and busy to silent and relaxing depending on your mood is perfect. Thoroughly recommend it for a great get away from busy city life.

29/01/2026: I strolled into this fine establishment on a cold January day to be greeted by such a warm room and an even warmer reception from the lovely staff. I ordered the large breakfast which arrived in good time and t’was rather delicious, you get enough food to kill a horse and that’s what the body needs sometimes. I’ll be rolling out of this establishment I think. So tasty. Everyone was lovely and the service is sublime. Get on down here everyone!

24/02/2026: Iv been getting takeaways and deliveries fro. King Kebab since moving to the area. Absolutely amazing food every time, kebabs are so fresh and korma/masala just full of flavour. The guys in there are so kind, professional and always have a good chat. I can't recommend their food highly enough.

24/02/2026: Food & service at Eddie's in Portlaoise is amazing. Really not much more expensive than any of the other fast food chains in general, and actually cheaper with app vouchers or daily offers like Kids Eat Free Tuesday. Food is so much fresher and nicer than regular fast food though, and staff are super nice. Definitely worth a visit!

07/12/2025: Food is great, atmosphere is great, location is fantastic. The staff were very friendly. Like everything these days we felt it was a bit expensive but in today economy we will be returning and felt like we had a good experience.

14/03/2026: This is such an excellent restaurant. Really nice ambience inside. The staff are always attentive and friendly. The food is beautiful. Have eaten there and had takeouts many times and never been disappointed. It’s getting better as time goes on and great value for money. They often add nice little touches at the end of meals, like a drink on the house. As well as a loyalty reward for takeaway. And most recently, they extended a voucher I had to allow me to use it. Really top class all round. Highly recommend it.
