26/09/2026: we celebrated my sister's birthday here and the food was amazing! the owner talked about the menu with us and the waiters were all very nice we were a party of 7 and it suited us very well but I can see this being a lovely date spot

07/10/2026: six of us had dinner here recently to celebrate a 30th birthday. Anna and Arsen were great hosts and food was, as ever, top notch. Service not fussy or casual but the right blend. We tried most of the starters and the fish and meat mains (including the superb salmon special) and desserts were had also. Everyone was glowing in their comments. A great spot for any occasion, lunch or dinner. Just remember to book in advance as it can get busy!

13/10/2026: We had a wonderful experience at Piccolo Pizza in Killarney! The food was delicious (honestly we have not had a pizza that good, in a while!) the wine was excellent, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. It was an overall great experience. It is a small (cozy) ;) dining area however it's very well decorated, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. We really couldn’t have asked for a better meal. If you’re visiting Killarney, and looking for something other than a traditional Irish meal, do yourself a favor and stop by Piccolo. A definite 5 stars — we’d happily go back!

23/10/2026: This is Ireland in a cone. I sampled so many flavors without any pushback. The staff was so very kind and generous. Please don’t pass on the brown bread ice cream ice cream. It’s so perfectly sweet and savory! All the flavors pack flavor punch!!! Yummmmmm

27/09/2026: ​Monk’s Lane is easily my favourite place to eat. The food is consistently good, using fresh local produce, and the drinks list is excellent. Between the relaxed atmosphere, the lovely garden out back, and the genuinely welcoming team, it always makes for a great evening out.

13/10/2026: We went for the seafood, and were not disappointed. The bowl of Kelly mussels was very good. We also had the fish of the day. A wonderful taste of Ireland! Make reservations!

04/10/2026: Another memorable visit to Dax. Our night was just perfect from start to finish. A warm friendly welcome, exceptional food and exceptional service. Dax continues to source the finest ingredients and uses them to to create the most interesting and delicious dishes. I highly recommend Dax who will make any occasion magical.

12/09/2026: We were recommended this take out restaurant by our taxi driver, and we’re so glad we took his advice! We had a wonderful breakfast and a really pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was excellent, and we would happily come back again! Highly recommended!

25/10/2026: We arrived without a booking and were seated almost immediately! Staff were so so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us! John was our server and he was INCREDIBLE, so so lovely and made our experience so good! Service was fast and the food is INCREDIBLE, highlight for me was the fish tacos, my husband loved the pork ones! Highly recommend!

20/10/2026: Grilled Hake dish was exceptional. The bread was the best we've run across. Everyone liked their meal so well they didn't share, so I think that tells you how it was. Very popular/busy, a bit loud, definitely need a reservation. Looking forward to returning on our next trip to Kinsale.

16/10/2026: Superb meal at Copper Spice in Navan! The Samosa Chaat was a standout starter—crunchy, tangy, and bursting with fresh chutneys. For mains, the Daal Bukhara was rich, buttery, and slow-cooked to perfection, while the Biryani was wonderfully aromatic, well-spiced, and generously portioned. Great service, lovely ambience, and easily one of the best Indian dining spots in town. Highly recommended!
