The best restaurants

05/04/2026: ​I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant, and it was easily the highlight of my trip to Dublin. ​From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel incredibly welcome. The owner, who is also the chef, is absolutely sensational! His passion for his craft is evident, and he is one of the kindest and most personable hosts I have ever met. It’s rare to find such a warm, authentic connection in a restaurant these days. ​As for the food, it was truly exceptional, honestly the best Italian meal I have ever had. Every dish was prepared to perfection, bursting with authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. ​If you are in Dublin and looking for a dining experience that combines world-class food with genuine, friendly service, I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

05/04/2026: Authentic Italian food! Pastas, risottos, delicious! Good portion sizes as well! I was too hungry - ate two mains! Atmosphere is calm/relaxed, with quiet Italian music playing in the background! It’s a place for people to connect and communicate! Highly recommend for people looking for authentic Italian food!

30/03/2026: We went to this restaurant for dinner as it was closer to our hotel. It ended up being one of the most memorable night in Ireland, or actually, ever. We've never been treated like a long lost family from total strangers. Melisa, his wife Martha, and the son, Christian were unbelievable people. If this is the Irish spirits then wow, count me in! Melissa was so warm, chatty, friendly to go along with fantastic food!! He came to sit and chatted for a bit. As good as the food and drinks were, the hospitality and the way they make you feel is 10x better! If you ever come near Waterford, you must come visit the Grattans, and hang out with your new found family!! We even got a pic behind the bar with them. We'll be back for sure! If I could give 10 stars for service and friendliness, I would.

10/04/2026: Went twice here over Easter. Both a party of 8 adults. The service was excellent, quick and attentive and no mistakes. The Food was outstanding. Everything was fresh and plentiful. Even fresh chips, no frozen chips here. Not a thing was out of place. The prices were on the mark. No expensive. Would highly recommend, but book to make sure.

21/02/2026: The whole experience was great. Staff were fantastic, very friendly, efficient and a pleasure to be served by them. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was outstanding, the flavours were unbelievable the wine choice was good. It will be a pleasure to go again, hopefully soon. Would highly recommend a visit to sample the great food and wine.

21/04/2026: we had a fantastic lunch on a saturday at BANG. Food was absolutely amazing, the wine list is very well curated and the service is attentive and on point. Highly recommend.

19/04/2026: We had a family celebration of 37 people. A fab evening, super service by Virginia and Dom. wonderful food in family sharing which resulted in lots of chat and fun. A really wonderful venue, great atmosphere, fab food and highly efficient and responsive service. I would highly recommend.

09/01/2026: Our favourite wine bar worldwide. Having sampled wine bars on five continents it’s always a pleasure to return to Kinsale and experience The Black Pig. One of the longest wine lists I have ever seen and caters for all tastes and budgets. Make sure you book as there may not be room if you pop in on chance, but they will always try and fit you in.

04/04/2026: Great food! One of the best places I’ve eaten at in Cork city. I appreciated the seasonal menu, which added to the quality of the ingredients. Everything we ordered was delicious. The staff was super friendly and attentive, it was such good service. I will definitely come again.

01/04/2026: Went here for dinner & honestly one of the best meals I've ever had. We had the lamb meatballs & flatbread for starter & the skillet chicken for main. The flavours were next level! Its small so definitely book a table if going for dinner, but what a gem.

24/03/2026: Stayed at a weekend 3 nights. Food was delicious, staff so friendly and accommodation was lovely, warm, clean and pleasant. Recommend this highly, very central to lots of tourist attractions.

14/02/2026: Fantastic ♥️ thank you for delicious food and great service. Especially Lian ( I am not sure about correct spelling, sorry). All staff were amazing and friendly. Definitely we will be back soon. Despite the full seating we were always served and had delicious food on our table.

24/04/2026: Piccolo’s is THE spot for pizza! My husband and I felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. Our food was fresh and delicious, and service was quick! Ms. Veronica was amazing and took such great care of us; we definitely left having made a new friend. Piccolo’s will be a necessary stop if we ever find ourselves back in Ireland!

12/04/2026: Amazing, amazing pizza. Shared Margherita and Carnoso pizzas with my partner and genuinely, possibly the best pizzas we've ever had in our lives.

14/04/2026: Bia Box got a Vegan sourdough sandwich box! Whole box of fresh carrots and rice salads with beans and anything vegans could wish for. Not at all pricy and wonderful service. Great atmosphere pub in a beautiful valley
