05/04/2026: Authentic Italian food! Pastas, risottos, delicious! Good portion sizes as well! I was too hungry - ate two mains! Atmosphere is calm/relaxed, with quiet Italian music playing in the background! It’s a place for people to connect and communicate! Highly recommend for people looking for authentic Italian food!

05/04/2026: ​I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant, and it was easily the highlight of my trip to Dublin. ​From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel incredibly welcome. The owner, who is also the chef, is absolutely sensational! His passion for his craft is evident, and he is one of the kindest and most personable hosts I have ever met. It’s rare to find such a warm, authentic connection in a restaurant these days. ​As for the food, it was truly exceptional, honestly the best Italian meal I have ever had. Every dish was prepared to perfection, bursting with authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. ​If you are in Dublin and looking for a dining experience that combines world-class food with genuine, friendly service, I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

20/05/2026: Ireland's most northerly Pub and well worth the trip up. Great staff, delicious well priced food with plenty of choice and a warm friendly welcome. Don't pass it by after you have visited Malin Head.

09/01/2026: Our favourite wine bar worldwide. Having sampled wine bars on five continents it’s always a pleasure to return to Kinsale and experience The Black Pig. One of the longest wine lists I have ever seen and caters for all tastes and budgets. Make sure you book as there may not be room if you pop in on chance, but they will always try and fit you in.

04/04/2026: Great food! One of the best places I’ve eaten at in Cork city. I appreciated the seasonal menu, which added to the quality of the ingredients. Everything we ordered was delicious. The staff was super friendly and attentive, it was such good service. I will definitely come again.

01/04/2026: Went here for dinner & honestly one of the best meals I've ever had. We had the lamb meatballs & flatbread for starter & the skillet chicken for main. The flavours were next level! Its small so definitely book a table if going for dinner, but what a gem.

21/05/2026: Went for a birthday dinner. Booked for 5:30 and glad we did as very crowded later. Went for the early bird menu. Food was very good. The 3 courses were large and struggled to finish it all. They do a children's menu, but very short. The chicken gougons were homemade and delicious though and more like an adult portion. Good staff. Table in a glass covered area with heating and great view of sea and a small zen garden area on the other side. We hadn't been before and very happy with our choice.

21/05/2026: Really lovely setting in a tucked away corner of Kinsale. Staff were very welcoming and very friendly. The restaurant had 4 different sections/rooms, all various in look and feel and a good atmosphere in all even with how early we ate (6pm). Food was tasty but I thought very expensive for some of the dishes. €50 for a piece of black sole fish and a few potatoes just seemed way over priced even though cooked well and very nice. I had looked at the menu before booking but didn't realise how pricey some of the mains were. My cured salmon starter was a little bland but my partners Lobster bisque was divine. The meringue dessert was delicious. All in all a really lovely place to dine and I would look forward to going back again.

04/05/2026: Very tasty food, good size portions in reasonable price. Nice selection of menu and specials of the day. Helpful and friendly staff. We've been here couple times. Over the weekend is busy, so recommend reservation (but it's not necessary). Possible to park on the street parking.

27/05/2026: My husband and I were lucky enough to dine at Rasam recently on a special occasion to remember a very special friend. We were warmly greeted not just by the delicious smells of the restaurant but by warm and welcoming people. The servers took no time in asking us of our preferences and quickly realised that we were open to anything. We each had the Rasam Platter as a starter which provided us with a taste of everything to come. I especially enjoyed the prawns where my husband loved every bit of the calamari. Nearly stuffed already we couldn’t resist the Mansahari Thali which again served a variety of flavours accompanied by fragrant rice and a beautiful naan. While I can’t remember the specific names of the dishes, the lentil curry was like a hug in a bowl, my husband particularly enjoyed the butter chicken and in pure honest truth, I am still dreaming of the mango-prawn curry on the daily. Nisheeth the owner also took no time in greeting us, having a chat and thankfully recommended a beautiful New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc which accompanied our meal perfectly. There was no attention to detail spared in our meal by the staff and you could tell how much they cared about our experience. Finally, when we thought we couldn’t possibly enjoy another bite we tried the Kesar Kulfi, a light and fragrant dessert which finished off our meal perfectly. A perfect meal for a perfect evening. We cannot wait to go back and enjoy another meal at Rasam.

23/05/2026: Another Fabulous meal in the Beautiful Rasam Restaurant . From the moment you arrive you are treated like a VIP . The Team are So Friendly and Professional . The Food, Flavours,and Presentation are absolutely amazing . This is without doubt, The No 1 Indian Restaurant.

13/06/2026: Had a greateal here on a Friday night around 19:30. It's a lovely little restaurant, with small numbers and the full house of our visit would advise booking for an evening slot. Food was full of flavour and well presented. The staff were friendly,attentive and responsive. Would definitely visit again.

05/05/2026: We booked for 6:30 pm and the restaurant was still quiet when we arrived. The service was very attentive and kind, the place is beautifully decorated, and the food came quickly. The portions are just right (neither too big nor too small) and the pappardelle venison was absolutely fabulous! I’d love to come back and try more of the menu.

12/06/2026: Perfect oysters and excellent main courses. A good glass of wine to go with it and we were in heaven. Highly recommended. What we didn't know is that you should reserve a table; otherwise, you'll end up at the bar, where you either eat or wait for a free table.

27/05/2026: Came here for the first time today with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved it, Pizza was amazing and Greg was so friendly and chatty. We will definitely be coming back to try out more stuff. Restaurant itself was lovely and beautiful interior with a lovely outdoor area also. Was an overall great experience 🙂
