15/03/2025: Very enjoyable visit. 5 in our party and everyone enjoyed their choices. Generous portions and every main course includes a choice of any side dish. Try the batch loaf (or half batch!) to start! Yum!

13/02/2025: After visiting Sligo, I visited for two days in a row. The Korean food here is very delicious and the staff is friendly and friendly. If you ever visit Sligo, I highly recommend stopping by and eating.

18/04/2025: We stayed at McNean House on Wed last and all we can say is WOW! A really great experience from start to finish. Great location with plenty to see in the locality, great accommodation and, of course, a top class culinary experience for both dinner and breakfast. All carefully managed by Nevin and his excellently trained team, no detail is left to chance. Not to be missed!

12/04/2025: Just back from MacNean house. Amazing experience. The attention to detail was staggering. Although expensive if staying , it was still very reasonable and pricing for drinks, wine etc all well within expected ranges. If there is some foods you don’t like they will do their best to accommodate. We were also lucky enough to meet Nevin on the night. He talked to everyone, every table more than once and was happy to have a photo taken. He’s not there all the time , very busy schedule, so you might be lucky. We booked 14months in advance but there are last minute cancellation deals on their website. Nevin is a lovely man, and overall this was an amazing experience. Be prepared to eat a lot of very very good food.

14/03/2025: Just moved to Midleton and was looking for good pizza. We were recommended Cornerstone and they defienty did not disappoint. Their pizza was superb and full of flavour, crust was perfect and service was top notch. No question about it we will be back.

07/04/2025: The evening started off good while we were greeted by one of their staff members, who cracked a few jokes to enlighten the mood, which was good. The issues we had however, were more than disappointing. After ordering our food, the time it took for one starter to be served to our table took an hour and a half! And just over 2 hours for the mains to come. The question was asked, why was it the case. Short staffed their reply was, but in a rude and rushed manner. I understand that this can happen but having no staff on stand by shows the lack of commitment. Especially giving it can be very busy. The chef could be heard shouting at the waitresses, which you could clearly see this massively affected their well being as well as their ability to serve. Therefore I would not recommend this place until staffing issues were corrected.

04/04/2025: Over priced canteen food. Use to be a good spot for food but not anymore. Lasagna was like nothing I've seen or tasted. Peppered Chicken was a child's portion for €19. Waitress was friendly and efficient.

17/04/2025: Lovely Indian restaurant in D8. Ambience great, music on in the background, frank sinatra Ella Fitzgerald. Service really good, polite attentive staff. Food was delicious, one of the best we have had. Highly recommend .

29/03/2025: Lovely to have a good Indian restaurant in D8 and we usually leave with feeling satiated and appreciate the good service. The vegetable special on this occasion though was underwhelming....combination and textures don't work and too expensive. Ye can do better folks. Otherwise, lovely place with good service and reasonable prices .
