08/06/2025: Came just for the music. Nice atmosphere. Music area a bit cramped and most people weren't paying attention to the music. A bit of a shame.

There are some great bars around Dublin and this was one of our favourites.
Sit inside or outside under cover.
Very busy full of friendly people wanting to chat whilst also listening to some wonderful local music.
Very friendly staff.
Didn’t eat but food looked good.
Nice toilets.
Drink and music what more do you want?
That’s good enough for me.
Thoroughly recommended 😁🇮🇳🏴

24/05/2025: It’s not often we get recommendations that takes one a trip in the opposite direction from our return route home.
And we nearly drove past it.
Unassuming but very quaint, the owner has created a cosy while enchanting dining experience.
What brings people here from far and wide is the quality and flavour of the food served.
Our food was hot, fresh produce and full of flavour.
Someone decided on a desert, and here is the portion for one.
03/05/2025: Super nice cafe with very tasty food! Had the Full imIrish and loved it! My friend had Egg Benedict which she said was fantastic. The staff was lovely and very attentive. The venue is so sweet and cosy. Excellent start into the morning. And the coffee.. 🦋❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.5/5 – Great Burgers, but Bun Needs Attention
Bunsen continues to impress with its juicy, well-cooked patties, crisp fries, and no-frills approach that keeps the focus on quality. The service is quick and friendly, and the vibe is relaxed and consistent.
However, on my last visit, the bun wasn’t up to the usual standard—it felt underdone and lacked the usual texture that sets Bunsen apart. This change was noticeable and disappointing. It needs immediate attention from management to maintain the high standards customers expect.
Still a solid spot, but I hope this is quickly addressed.
06/06/2025: Have visited this establishment many times and it's good to see it's still a staple in Cork.
Good place to bring indecisive eaters if you're inclined 😅
Usually seated right away depending on time of visit.
Good for a quick bite.
Personal pet peeve:
- Acknowledgement of 'tips' during payment: find it odd for a fast food to bring it to your attention about 'Tipping'.
It's almost as if it's expected for someone doing their job, that they're already being paid for?
Imagine applying that to every other profession.
Really put me off from visiting the establishment and especially, if you've been to Bunsen since they've opened and their burgers used to be priced from €7; find this practice to be really strange.

05/06/2025: We had no reservation. The place looked busy which is a good sign. Super welcoming staff who sat us immediately. Couldn't be nicer. The food was incredible. The prawn noodle dish was insanely delicious and my partner had the fisherman's pie which was equally amazing. We will most definitely be back. Thanks Austies. The fact fleetwood mac The Chain came on the sound system increased my love of this spot. Loved it.
29/05/2025: Visited recently - it was extremely busy but we managed to get a table. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Food was superb!

24/05/2025: We stopped at The CrackedTeapot Cafe for a snack after a cycling on greenway and it was the perfect pit stop! The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and we were lucky enough to enjoy our meal outside in the sunshine. The staff were all courteous and friendly, making it a really pleasant experience. Excellent value for money, and we'll definitely be back!

12/06/2025: A most excellent experience both times we dined there. The second time we walked in without a booking and they were nice enough to seat us. The food is just so tasty and delicious. Staff is incredibly attentive. I would describe it as a go to on your list of restaurants.

14/06/2025: Came in on a rainy day before heading to the airport to take a flight home. The cafe was busy with the breakfast crowd but we were able to get a table. Service is very friendly and prompt. Our food came out quickly and tasted delicious. If we lived in Dublin we’d be regulars for sure!
11/06/2025: Our first breakfast in Dublin and this was delicious! I had a generous portion of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, toast and coffee. We sat at a sidewalk table under beautiful trees. Our interaction with the manager made us want to return.

23/02/2025: Expérience décevante, la nourriture servie était très salée, les légumes semblent venir d'une conserve (aucun croquant, aucune tenue) et le poisson issu du grill japonais était bien trop cuit. Ca doit être une bonne adresse pour déjeuner à midi mais pas pour dîner. Pour les groupes, l'avantage est que la carte offre un large choix de maki, sushis, nouilles, udon, grill...
