The best restaurants

26/10/2025: Our servant Ruben was one of the best we ever had. He asked for allergies and asked in the kitchen for all recipes. We had a very good time.

24/10/2025: this was by far one of the most unsatisfying dining experiences of my life. we shared one leggera pizza and cannelloni and were so disappointed! the cannelloni tasted bland and the pizza was dry and the „salad“ in the middle consisted of a few sad leaves of spinach. but the price was what really threw us off. we paid 40€ for this (didn’t even order drinks) and the portion sizes where suparb at best… never coming back because for this price they could have at least create a nice ambience but it felt like a cheap diner. the only good thing were our very friendly waiters. sadly they couldn’t make up for the fact that this was an utter disappointment:(

26/08/2025: The food & cocktails here are absolutely delicious. We had the tequeños to start which were to-die-for. I had the cachapa for my main which was so unique and like nothing I’d ever eaten before in the best way. It combined sweet and savoury flavours masterfully. Service was good and they have a lovely covered patio area at the back. Only negative was the metal seats were extremely uncomfortable.

25/08/2025: It is one of my favorite places in Dublin and it depends on the cook sometimes the arepas are 10/10 and sometimes 7/10! There are times when you can't catch it all and it falls out! I love that the portions are large (since for an arepa it's very expensive) but they need to work on putting it together since it's hard to eat! I recommend that they stop raising the prices on arepas that are so cheap to make and vary the menu so they can make money!

15/10/2025: One of the best food I’ve had in my life… tacos were unreal, my friend had the Kebab and she said it’s the best Kebab she has ever had, and she’s The Kebab connoisseur. Could not recommend more this place. Definitely come here, you’ll not be disappointed. High Camp

06/10/2025: I was a regular here for over a year and always enjoyed the atmosphere. However, a couple of months ago I had an unpleasant experience with one of the bartenders, the bearded one whose attitude toward me was unnecessarily rude and condescending. There was a misunderstanding in how I came across, which I take responsibility for, but his reaction was completely out of order, even after I apologized. I understand bar work can be stressful, but no customer, especially a regular, deserves to be spoken to that way. It genuinely ruined my night. I’ve since read other reviews that describe similar experiences with this staff member, so it seems I’m not alone. The food is excellent and the music selection is fantastic on busy nights, but none of that makes up for the way I was treated. I won’t be coming back, and I would advise others to be cautious when ordering from him if you don’t want to be spoken down to or made uncomfortable.

03/10/2025: It’s very rare for me to be writing a review whilst sitting in the restaurant but this place is honestly incredible. The food, the service, the atmosphere!!! With live pasta making. Everything is perfect!

01/10/2025: The food was excellent and the service was attentive and professional. The atmosphere, however, was quite noisy, and our table in the middle of the restaurant had a lot of foot traffic, which was not ideal. Overall, a good experience. My personal rating: 4/5, though my fiancé enjoyed it even more.

03/07/2025: Don’t like making fuss (and didn’t) but was really surprised from one rude and ableist individual on the staff team who humiliated someone from our table about using the disabled toilet and apparently taking too long (a couple minutes) . Couldn’t fault the rest of them as they were all super friendly and were working really hard . But even just one lets things down. We swiftly walked out after just getting drinks so I can’t rate the food.

10/10/2025: We did a breakfast and dinner package and it couldn't have been nicer. Delightful food, room and all the staff were lovely during our stay.

14/09/2025: Possibly the best Chai latte in Waterford, a friendly staff member recommended the flatbread to accompany my Chai latte, I'm glad she did, it was very tasty. I will return again 😊

12/09/2025: We had a lovely pistachio hot chocolate, tiramisu, and a Black Forest dessert. All of it was absolutely delicious! The staff are also amazing and friendly! We will definitely be coming back!

19/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Delicious Food and Amazing Service! This place has quickly become my go-to spot for shawarma and chicken wings! The food is always fresh, juicy, and packed with flavour. Their signature chicken wings are incredible — perfectly cooked, full of taste, and not too spicy. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make sure you’ve got everything you need and that your order is just how you like it. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers great food and great service like this one. Highly recommend to anyone craving quality food made with care!

21/09/2025: Visited some months ago and food was incredible! Salad, Nachos, Chicken, Fish, Beef, Yorkshire Pudding, Bread and Butter Pudding, Sticky Toffee Pudding and Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake were all wonderful, we were very happy indeed! Lovely cosy atmosphere and open fire also. Make sure to visit the Friary and the gorgeous Stations of the Cross and Children of Lir Chapel after 😋🙏🏼
