03/08/2025: Overpriced and disappointing experience I was really looking forward to trying Gino’s Gelato on Grafton Street, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. The prices are very high for what you get, and the portions are surprisingly small—especially considering the cost. On top of that, the service wasn’t great. It felt rushed and not particularly welcoming, which is disappointing given the location and the brand’s reputation. Overall, it’s hard to justify the price for the quality and experience provided. With so many great gelato and dessert options in Dublin, this one just doesn’t come close.

09/08/2025: As always, outstanding and delicious food and lovely service. I love the vibe of the seating area, dogs are allowed and the kids love it. Fantastic gem in the countryside.

20/08/2025: I had fish box yesterday 19th August and chips were nice but cod batter was undercooked and not nice so I was very disappointed as I travelled from Fermanagh to get a taste of your fish box. Sorry I won't be back

18/08/2025: Our first visit to Killybegs over the weekend and our first visit to the Killybegs Seafood Shack, we came across their FB page and the food looked amazing, so with idle time on our hands we travelled the 2hour drive for food. To be honest we were quite disappointed to say the least, we ordered two Haddock and chips and a small can of coke for a total price of €32.00, some might say that was an alright price but what we received did not reflect on the photos of the food that you served when you were trading on the street, the fish was excellent, but portion size was very very small, the chips were of poor quality and again portion size was very very small. Introduce larger portions of fish and proper home cooked chips, add another euro to both and you will be heading in the right direction, I don't mind paying for food, but somebody was taking the pi*s last Sunday. Finally, your location is perfect, although you could maybe have somebody clean down the tables before the next customer is seated, also, the courtyard, it had a lot of food on the ground amongst the weeds, perhaps this could be addressed, it would also be nice if staff could perhaps call around to the tables and see if all was ok with customers. Sorry for long and rambling rant, but after travelling a 4 hour round trip and end up disappointed I think I am entitled to it.

25/06/2025: this place is mad GOOD! got the mad yolk sandwich (+bacon) and had to come back the next day to eat it again.

24/06/2025: I had the Yoko Ono and a cup of tea. It exceeded my expectations. The chipea patty combined with egg and cheddar provided just enough animal fats to keep it juicey, tasty and I still felt like I was being semi healthy.

12/08/2025: The Sky and The Ground . A beautiful pub with a lovely pint, and even Guinness Zero Zero on draught for those driving or going alcohol-free. No televisions, so no sport blaring in the background a pleasant surprise. The crowd tends to be older, which is more my vibe, and the atmosphere is always good. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in Wexford Town.

09/08/2025: A quaint place visited during the fleadh in Westford. If you want the real Ireland, this is the place to be, especially for a Guinness.

20/07/2025: Stopped by Supermac’s Ballyhaunis here in Ireland right before they closed — honestly one of the best last-minute decisions we made. The two young girls working were incredibly friendly and helpful, even while they were in the middle of cleaning up for the night. The young lady at the register took her time helping me choose the perfect ice cream combo without rushing me, even though it was close to closing. I ended up getting a cup with strawberry, vanilla, and Biscoff topping — and it was absolutely delicious. We ordered a few different sundaes and ice creams (didn’t get to photograph everything), and everything came out fresh and super quick. What stood out the most was the attitude of the staff — kind, patient, and just genuinely great at what they do. As a nice touch, since they were about to close, they even offered us some free chips — something they absolutely didn’t have to do, but it showed how thoughtful they were. Great experience, great ice cream, and great people. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area — especially if you’re looking for good service and a late-night treat.

13/08/2025: We came across this restaurant by chance while searching online for a nearby Thai restaurant when staying in Dublin for a night. I’m so glad we went here . We walked in after 9 to a full restaurant which is always a good sign. We were seated and served our food and drinks within minutes . The food was outstanding. !!! Delicious satay chicken to start followed by a duck red curry and a chicken Pen ang curry. Both were so fragrant and creamy and just delicious. We cleared our plates. Dessert was a Thai banana fritter one of a big choice of desserts. Again excellent. I would highly recommend this lovely restaurant. A lovely unexpected treat !!!

31/07/2025: This place is a real deal! Real Asian food not European with little flavor. Great service and atmosphere, traditional decorations. Very nice!

06/08/2025: Five stars. 8 of us dined here for a 70th birthday party. The staff were very friendly and the food was very nice. One small flaw was the steak could have been seared better. But a lovely place to dine

03/08/2025: Genuinely the most incredible seafood dishes I’ve ever had, you NEED to try here. Jo is an absolute darling too, everything about this place was perfection, make sure you book in advance to get a table Definitely recommend any of their king prawn & hake dishes, as well as their elderflower fizz

07/08/2025: If you want THE best food , served by THE friendliest staff , served up with proper Guinness the there is no better place to come than The Windsor , we have been coming here for decades , both to dine in and to take away , honestly , just THE Best about

03/08/2025: We were a party of nine, the service was quick, the food was amazing and great portion sizes. We had a number of different dishes and all said the food was delicious and great value. Would 100% recommend dining here.

23/07/2025: Passing through Swords feeling in need of a pick me up I enjoyed a lovely slice of carrot cake moist fresh and served with fresh cream and an uplifting Latte. Also tried a smoothie called Full Immunity which did the trick for the rest of the journey. Nice option on the main street which is more or less as it was 65 years ago when I walked back and forth to Colaiste Choilm all those years ago but healthy smoothies are a welcome new addition

19/06/2025: Great place to eat! The food is delicious and the portions are at a reasonable size for their price, the prices are really good! The service is very good and fast, the workers are very kind and friendly. The atmosphere is very nice and calm and I very much enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place if you're ever in Dublin!

05/08/2025: American on a family vacation, Stopped in around 5:00 on a Tuesday, line out the door, but two girls were offering taste tests of the flavors to help you decide on your order while waiting. We had 5 people ordering and the girl behind the counter was patient and kind. She asked us about our trip and was chatty and fun. What a lovely encounter, Ice cream was delicious, between us all we had just about every flavor and each one was a winner. Definitely a must stop while in town!

29/07/2025: Firstly when we entered there was a lovely girl offering testers. But the fella who served us was rude, condescending and sarcastic. Secondly the ice cream was just grand, not worth €14.50 for two ice creams. Some staff need training on customer service. Would definitely not recommend or be back.

03/07/2025: Planned to eat elsewhere but saw this place was open so decided to try it and very glad we did. Excellent food and a lovely bottle of wine. Service was outstanding, will definately return.

30/06/2025: Very fancy and tasty food, albeit a bit expensive. My sibling as usual ordered too much and couldn't handle the doubled up burger.
