24/02/2026: Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff, good food

22/02/2026: Lovely authentic French restaurant. Limited menu offering fish of the day, duck, striploin steak or fillet of beef. If cooked rare, it is very bloody. If well done, it can be cinderised. Medium is a good option. Steak tasty, if a little chewy. Other dishes were nice. The starters in particular were particularly delicious, as were the desserts. Piano was playing in the background over a lot of chatter. Very attentive service from an international staff. Our lovely waitress was from Brittany. Great night overall. Popular and busy. It is important to book. Ideal for that special occasion. Merci à tour!

22/12/2025: Absolutely fantastic food had the turkey Christmas special sandwich and gravy. I can honestly say its one the best things I have ever eaten and the service was fabulous aswell. I would recommend wholeheartedly.

23/02/2026: Myself and my wife had our wedding here in February 2026 and we could not have asked for a nicer venue. The staff were so helpful in planning our wedding with us, and looking after us on the day itself. Shania, Katie and Davie were amazing. The food was amazing quality; a lot of our guests commented it was the best wedding dinner they’d ever had. The decor on the day was beautiful too, and we love the old world manor aesthetic of the hotel. I can’t praise them highly enough. It’s a hidden gem in south Tipperary.

14/02/2026: Lovely, comfortable, clean, relaxed and easy going hotel- nice old worldly themed building and cosy rooms with all the mod cons. Wonderful delicious food to be had there also, and the gardens and grounds are beautiful. The hotel staff and really nice too. Don't miss the breakfast!!

16/03/2026: My daughter and her friend had a joint 21st in the inside/ outside area. The atmosphere was fantastic and Mark was excellent. So attentive to the guests and making sure the girls were happy with everything. The food platters were another highlight. I would definitely recommend it as a celebration location!

But at the same time place is look after clean well preseted. Coffey great food some desert great some other don't leave you hungry but can be improved

28/02/2026: We were staying locally and this restaurant was recommended - it was excellent. Great ambience, friendly staff and really good food. The garlic potato side dish is a killer!! Would definitely come back. We had made a reservation and they were having to turn people away on a Friday night.

21/03/2026: Popped in for some dinner. Burgers and chips. The ingredients were quality products, our waiter was top notch, it was pricy though. 4 meals & chips and 2 bottles of water €72 *bonus points for having gluten free options

20/03/2026: We were visiting Ireland for spring break. My kids had been wanting to try Irish burgers. After a long day of sightseeing my son found this place. The wait staff is amazing and friendly from start to finish. We ordered 4 different types of burgers, onion rings, and Guinness. Everything was absolutely amazing. Each and every burger was phenomenal: succulent, tender, and flavorful! It was clear the beef was organic and free range. We had the Wagyu, the Brazilian, the Dubliner, and the Classic. The kids love bacon so we added that as well. The sauces that went with each burger was out of this world delicious. The brioche bun was sweet and fluffy. The atmosphere was lively, lovely, and fun!

26/12/2025: There are holes in the seats, toilets are atrocious, amongst many other issues. Just get them upholstered, sort the place out. you can keep the charm of the pub... it doesn't need to be a dive

04/07/2025: Really enjoyed dinner here midweek, reservation was definitely needed as it was impressively busy for a Wednesday. Food was delicious, service was swift but not too abrupt, a good balance! Will definitely return to try their other menu options.

11/11/2025: Great establishment, variety of breakfast/brunch options, and everything is well-made. Customer service is always excellent. Used to go more often with the previous menu that you could make your own breakfast, but still is a great brunch spot.

31/12/2025: Excellent both times I ate here this week. Delicious breakfast full Irish with a huge pot of tea and great service. Friendly staff. I had the fish and chips also another day off the lunch menu. Everything very reasonably priced and delicious. Thanks. Wish I lived closer to visit again.

24/02/2026: Unfortunately, we only stayed two nights in Dublin, but the hotel is excellent! The service is friendly and attentive, and it feels like there are almost as many staff members as guests. The rooms are very attractive and well-equipped. Besides the standard electrical outlets, they even have Schuko sockets. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. There's a selection of teas and coffees, various juices, bread, toast, and more. The public transport connections are also superb, with several bus and tram stops right outside. All in all: I'll be back!

20/03/2026: We were passing on our way home from work this evening and decided to see if we could get a table last minute. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and happy to accommodate us, they were also very helpful with recommendations and asking how long we would like to wait between courses to ensure we had the most pleasant dining experience. The food was absolutely incredible and there are plenty of meat, vegetarian, seafood and vegan options to choose from. We are looking forward to returning and experiencing some more tasty options.

18/03/2026: Very good experience. Great food, generous portions. Beautiful and decorated environment. Friendly staff. I can recommend the moussaka and other vegetarian options falafel, lentil soup. Tasty guava juice.
